A peaceful country retreat with convenient suburban amenities;! You will find this at our country estate in NW Glen Allen close to Hunting Hawk golf course, Oakdale wedding venue and public pickle ball courts. We are also minutes from Glen Allen sports complex, Striker field and local shops and restaurants. This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath, colonial home offers 4030 sqft of indoor living on 9 acres with a private backyard pond, plenty of parking. Due to insurance restrictions no events are permitted of any nature these include any event where food or alcohol may be served or gatherings that exceed 12 people on site at any time. No driving on grass !

The house was immaculate and very reflective of the listing. Our family very much enjoyed our stay there with plenty of space in the common areas to spend time with each other.

The property was perfect for my family and accommodated us well. Very large house with plenty of space. The property is very nice and the pond is a great addition to the scenery. The 9am checkout is a bit early so you'll need to prepare to leave the night before so you can manage to get out on time. A good option for anyone visiting the area that requires a lot of space.

There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out, eat together, sleep comfortably AND not fight over bathrooms. It was comfortable, convenient to our local event & we enjoyed being to relax away from the rest of the town/hotel.

Outstanding Property

It is a beautiful property. The beds very very comfortable and there was lots of space for people to relax. We hope to stay there again when we have a family reunion

Great large home!

This home was terrific! Very large and spacious. Well appointed rooms with a delightful eclectic design/decor. Quiet country neighborhood but short drives to a lot. Host was responsive, timely, and friendly.

Lots of space

So much space! Exactly what we needed for our out of town guests. I needed something specific, and when I reached out to the owner they were responsive and accommodating. I definitely recommend this space.

Huge grassy lawn and view of the pond out back. Very quiet and pleasant to walk down the lane or around the property. Lots of seating areas, and plenty of room to all sit at the kitchen tables and chat. We also enjoyed watching the lawn mower move around the property. We had fun trying to name him/her. All in all, it was the perfect place for seven long-time friends to get together to reminisce, share, and laugh.
