Great clean updated house, spacious with each room havings its own full bath. Only downside is a train waking you up two or three times a night, other than that amazing place.

We had a wonderful stay here! We traveled from multiple states for a family reunion with four generations of our family, ranging in age from 2 to 89. With 6 adults and 3 children, the home was spacious and comfortable for everyone.Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, plus there's an additional half bath downstairs, which made getting everyone ready so much easier. The dining and living areas had plenty of room for our entire group to gather, and the home was clean and well maintained.We traveled back and forth to Henrico and Glen Allen throughout our three-day stay, and the location made commuting quick and convenient.One of our favorite features was the downstairs bedroom and full bathroom, which was perfect for my grandparents who are unable to use stairs. Check-in was simple and seamless, and our host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.We highly recommend this home and would absolutely stay here again!

An excellent place in Richmond!

An excellent place in Richmond! It was the best VRBO to accommodate our large family gathered for a graduation event. Centrally located, 5 well furnished bedrooms and 5 bathrooms! The lower level is an open floor design perfect for a large group! Thank you.

The host was fantastic and quick to respond to all messages we sent leading up to, and during our stay.The location is in an area that is up and coming. Very close to VCU and access to the highways. There is a MicroBrewery a very short walk away that has some great beer. The house shares a wall with another unit, but we did not hear anything from the other side. This unit is very spacious, with tons of room for us and our boys. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom which made things very convenient. We would stay here again in the future.

This was a great place for our needs. We had 8 family members staying for a wedding. It was very clean and each person/couple had their own bathroom, and the living/ kitchen area was spacious. The location was very well situated for our events. The host answered our questions promptly and was helpful. A few other reviewers mentioned the train. It is close by, and the first night we could hear the whistle late at night and early in the morning. The next few nights the train did not seem to run as often or we didn't hear it, but we did hear it very early most mornings. If I needed a space that large again, I would definitely book this accommodation, despite the train. The grass needed cutting but otherwise the place was great shape.

Son's Graduation Weekend

We had extended family/grandparents together to celebrate my son's graduation from University of Richmond. The house was the perfect space for us! The amenities of coffee, toiletries, bedding and towels, etc. were all wonderful. It was very comfortable and the perfect home base for us while in town. The exterior space in front of the home could have used some TLC/maintanence with weedwhacking/grasscutting, but the inside completely exceeded our expectations! Thank you, Mustafa, for our time here!

House was very spacious and clean and good for large groups. Beds were comfortable.Negatives were location next to train tracks, parking alley was overgrown and unkept. Did not feel safe in this location. Hard to access due to other people parking poorly and narrow entrances. Lots of trash in front and behind other condos. No exterior photo should’ve been a red flag. Plastic chairs on front porch and one was broken. Water pressure in upstairs sinks were poor. No ice maker. Noise from next door was heard. We have have stayed in many VRBOs and the quality for the price does not match.

House was as described. Perfect for our multi-generational family. Our 80 year old parents were able to stay on the first floor. Close proximity to downtown and the museums. We plan to stay here again next year as well.

Place was great but there is a train that goes by during the night and unfortunately blasts its horn at the crossings. I did contact the host after our stay to touch base on that and a bed that was broken when we arrived but did not receive any response after several attempts. If you are a sound sleeper the place and location are great!
