Hi Angela, glad to hear you enjoyed the home, and the pool with hot tub so much. And yes, anytime an issue occurs during one's stay, we are just a phone call away to quickly assist and resolve the issue, as quickly as we can. Thank you again for having stayed with us.

Hi Carlton, thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the pool, the location, and the support provided by our team. We are especially sorry that the condition and comfort of some of the furnishings and kitchen items did not meet all of your expectations during your 21-day stay. We take your comments regarding the mattresses, living room furniture, kitchen utensils, and cleanliness seriously. Your feedback has been shared with our team so these items can be evaluated and addressed. We understand your disappointment about not having a grill available, particularly during the Fourth of July. As per the property description and rental agreement, a propane grill can be organized upon request, prior to your arrival. This property has one of the highest numbers of returning guests among all the homes we manage, and we value that continued loyalty. At the same time, we take your feedback seriously and will use it to identify opportunities for improvement. We appreciate your kind comments about Rem and his responsiveness. We regret that the overall experience did not meet your expectations and thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention.

Thank you Allan for your continued loyalty to us. Glad you enjoyed everything about this great home, with its private pool and hot tub. We look forward to hosting you again the next time you visit the area.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We're delighted that you had a positive experience. We're always happy to assist our guests and ensure they have a great stay. We hope to see you again soon!

Dear Lisa, always a pleasure having returning guests! Thank you for an excellent review and we look forward to welcoming you again next year.

Thank you for your kind words about the location and the amenities provided in the home. We're glad you enjoyed seeing the alligators in the pond behind the house! We apologize for the discomfort caused by the mattresses. We'll take your feedback into consideration and work to improve the beds for future guests. We hope to see you again soon!

Dear Lisa, thank you for a great review. Yes, AC's do stop working every now and then, but by shifting gears quickly, we make every effort to repair them the same day. A cool house is important in sunny Florida ;-) Glad you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to welcoming you again in the future.

Romain, thank you for an excellent review! Glad you enjoyed your stay at this great home located in a quiet neighborhood. We look forward to welcoming you again in the future!
