Came to the area to lay my dad to rest at Arlington. This was a great place for our 4 night stay. Lots of room, easy check-in. Easy communication with host! Would stay again.

This was exactly what we needed for 5 people. A little bit of a walk to the metro but not too bad (15 min).Rooms were clean, the space was well designed and there was plenty of coffee and supplies in the cabinets.

Excellent experience! This spacious and amazingly comfortable townhome was a delight! We had a wonderful visit with our large crew — everything was very clean and very well-stocked, and smelled lovely. Wintaye was an exceptionally gracious hostess!! She was very attentive to us, and proactively asked if there was anything we needed or that she could help us with. The home is situated conveniently just a couple blocks from the grocery store and the metro, and the three neighbors we met were incredibly kind and helpful! We were able to get around easily with our kids and a big wagon for sight-seeing in DC, and would highly recommend this house and this hostess.

DC Stay

House was clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the space that it gave us. With our 4 grandchildren we had the spaces to relax and to be together after a day of sightseeing.Would recommend this home and we would stay again!!!

We stayed at this property for a full week, and from the moment we walked in, it truly felt like coming into our own home. The house is spacious, exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and very well managed.It has everything needed for a comfortable stay and can easily accommodate up to eight people. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and essentials, the bathrooms are spotless, and the washer and dryer are powerful and convenient.The air conditioning was excellent. Coming from the West Coast, we found D.C. warmer and more humid than we were used to, so returning to the cool, comfortable house after a long day almost felt like walking into heaven.The property exceeded its description and photos on Vrbo. Wintaye is a very responsive and thoughtful host. The neighborhood is peaceful and feels very secure. We even had Amazon packages remain outside all day while we were away and found them safely waiting when we returned.Grocery shopping is also very convenient, with multiple options within about a three-minute drive.Overall, this property absolutely deserves a 5-star rating, in all aspects. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended for families or groups visiting the D.C. area!

Lovely home!

The home was lovely and gave us plenty of space for relaxing and warming up lol! It was also close to all of the sites we wanted to explore. The property manager was absolutely delightful and made sure our stay was perfect (even had a plate of cookies for us on the counter in the kitchen).

Lovely home, handy to DC

Plenty of space for all of us. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Really nice to be able to spread out. Grocery store a few blocks away. We had a car. Nice to have a parking space. You will need a vehicle for getting around

Good stay!

First time to DC! About 15 minutes to most things to visit! Drove into town and also ordered uber! No issues! House was fine; no real issues! Fit our basic needs just fine!House could use bigger cooking skillets and new baking pans! We cooked breakfast and dinner every night!

Beautiful property

The pictures are just the tip of this iceberg. The host has taken care of the details. What you dont see is the complete water filtration and softener system. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. When we had a small issue with the A/C, but she responded instantly and had it resolved within a couple hours. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and i wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again in the future.
