The property was exactly as described. We had such a wonderful time in DC this past weekend and enjoyed our stay! The house was clean with so much space and the price was perfect! Thank you for being such a wonderful host!

Everything was appropriate and to my families liking. We enjoyed our time with my son and daughter in law whom we were visiting. We enjoyed Kings Dominion. The house was big enough for everyone and my grands enjoyed themselves as well

A little unexpected neighborhood. Said it would sleep 12 but was really tough with 6 adults. One pull out couch was unseeable due to the mattress on it.

I don’t understand what “unexpected” means. Regarding the beds, there are 2 queen sized beds. Each of the 2 sleeper sofas fit 2 each. The twin sized beds. There are also 2 air mattresses and a chair that converts in to a single bed. That’s 13-14 people easily. I’m not sure what you mean about the mattress and sofa bed thing. I wish you would have contacted me on that so I could have explained what I just wrote above. I thank you for your stay and I hope you come again. Take care and create a great week!

Unfortunately, the home did not match our expectations or the listing photos and is in significant need of updating and a thorough clean-out. The walls were dirty and needed paint, the carpet/rugs were dated, and while the mattresses had just been replaced, the pillows were flat and worn and the bedding and towels were old and thin. We purchased our own pillows, pillowcases and towels.The home felt less like a vacation rental and more like someone's lived-in home. There were miscellaneous items everywhere, including old clothes and toys, books, a file cabinet, a gymnastics balance beam, salon-style hair dryer, shower chair and barber-style chairs. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms, only paper towels.The host invited us to use the food in the fridge, which was thoughtful, but the pantry was packed with food and household items, and we found moldy hamburger buns and old oranges on the table.The listing photos also don't accurately reflect the home's current appearance; the living room, for example, looks very different.The street itself was quiet and a nearby police station made us feel more comfortable, but the surrounding area isn't particularly walkable and we drove to the Metro and restaurants.The host was very responsive and the new mattresses were appreciated, but overall the home's condition, cleanliness and clutter made this a disappointing stay.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and thanks for your stay. The shower chair is there for people with disabilities who can't stand in the shower. The toddler balance beam is there for families w/kids to play on. There about 5-6 extra pillows in the closets of different firmness if needed. There are books on the shelf in case people are bored and want to read. The toys are there for families with kids. Some people want the hairdryer for their hair. I don't understand why these things are problems. What is wrong with a different style chair in a funroom? The hand towels were in the linen closet. Sorry about the bread and oranges. We missed that. These things may not affect you but they affect other guests. The walls get repainted once a year and is scheduled for next month. The living room looks different because I threw away the carpet that was heavily stained by a prior guest and now it's just the (nice) hardwood floor. Regarding the surrounding area, it's a neighborhood and I never advertised walking to the Metro or restaurants, I am sorry about your disappointment and I appreciate your feedback, I just have some issues with the concerns about the things we have in the house that are for different types of guests. Short stay in DC

House was nicely located to the Washington Mall and all of its monuments. Communication with the owner was simple, thorough, and easy.

Great house

Very nice house, just what we needed for our vacation. Be very aware that there are 3 floors and 3 bedrooms are on the top floor and kitchen is on the 2nd. Property manager replied quickly to messages. If we make it back to DC would stay here again

Host was super responsive and helpful house was generally clean the beds were just a bit uncomfy with squeaking and mattresses that def need replacing. Nice amount of dishes and some food in pantry. Dishwasher wasn’t working but plenty of sink space and very spacious for guest to sleep.

We had a great stay

We went there to meet up our family we haven't seen in years...the communication with the owner was great. The house have everything you need, the neighborhood was quite. The only thing was the mattresses (not all rooms has comfortable mattress. We would stay again.

LOVED THIS HOUSE!!!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The space was perfect for our group of 14, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The property was impeccably clean, and the owner was incredibly responsive, making the entire experience stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short distance from our performance at the Kennedy Center. Highly recommend this place for any large group!

Wonderful

This was my first time using Vrbo because Airbnb was completely booked out, I found this amazing home and the host was very responsive and helpful. This home was very beautiful and my guest and I had a delightful stay, and I'll stay again soon.

Yaw was my first guest on VRBO. My only problem is that I can’t DUPLICATE Yaw for every guest who visits. Yaw was awesome and even helped me figure things out on the platform. My newness to the platform is why you may not see 5 stars for everything. Made a mistake swiping but Yaw is FIVE STARS all the way!

Great Stay

This is a very good place to stay. Our family stayed comfortably, with enough beds and bathrooms to use. A few upkeep needed but otherwise our stay was good. It is close to groceries, pharmacy etc and also a block away from a police station so you are assured a safe stay. Communication with owner was easy and fast, check in was easy too. So if you'll be staying in the Washington DC area, this is a good place to check out.
