This is a 2548 square foot, 3.0 bathroom, single family home.

Free parking in carport (with an EV charger). More parking in driveway and street.

Nice backyard with tables and chairs.

Stair lift to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the upstairs. We want those who have difficulty navigating stairs to fee independent with this stair lift. There are still 3 steps to climb when entering the house.

Host was quick to respond to my questions. House was in a good neighborhood and close to the metro and DC. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room and a very nice downstairs family room.

This was 2 elderly grandparents going down to visit grandchildren for the birthday of one of them. The home is very comfortable and sufficiently spacious for a casual visit by 2 to 8. It has been upgraded throughout, including a large nicely done family room that let the kids play and watch the large screen TV. It was perfect for the visit. We also hosted the family birthday party. Michael (the owner) was amazingly prompt with all responses and attended to every need.We do expect to try to return on later visits to the grandchildren.

The rooms are clean. Spacious house with plenty of room for the family. Kitchen had everything we needed for the stay. Host was communicative and helpful. Conveniently located, near shops, markets, restaurants and highway.

I've rented short term rentals for years and this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable accommodations we have ever rented. Things were white glove clean. I'm a clean freak and literally didn't see anything concerning!If you're looking for a cramped, modern, sleek place to stay this isn't it. But if you like room to stretch out, do work on computers, watch your shows, multiple areas to relax, convenient location, and wonderful hosts, this is your place. Michael, the host was fabulous.Don't hesitate with this one, it's just as advertised and you will leave relaxed and rested.

Host was excellent in answering questions and offering many recommendations to make our stay memorable. His house served 3 senior adult couples in the finest way. Our first ever to stay in a house on a trip and we will do it again!

We had a relaxing few days in this beautiful house. There were four of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen looked brand new and was really well stocked. The entire house was super clean, the beds were comfy and there were games, puzzles and books available. On site parking was a bonus!It was great being close to DC without the hassle of being right in the heart of the Capital. Michael was a great host - check in, check out and questions in between all went smoothly. If we are ever in the area again I would definitely check to see if this listing is still available.

We traveled to the DC area for a wedding. This was a Beautiful home with plenty of room for our family. Clean comfortable beds and bedding. The host Michael was GREAT! We would stay again if we had another family event or traveling on vacation.

This is an excellent property if you are visiting the Alexandria/DC area. It was perfect for our small group. We could hang out in the morning and have coffee together in the beautiful living room, or watch a game together on the big screen TV downstairs at night. It is only about 12 minutes from DC and 12 minutes from Old Town Alexandria. A metro stop isn't too far either if you wanted to take a day trip downtown DC. Very clean, great amenities. Cannot suggest this property enough.

Nice kitchen we could cook easily. The dining room was great we spent time eating and playing games afterwards great family time together. Plenty of shopping close grocery restaurants easy trip into the city.

Our family felt right at home here. It was a perfect place to have a Christmas away from home, especially with the big living space downstairs. Also a great location to everything in the NoVA/DC area by car. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. All appliances worked great. Will hope to stay again in the future!
