We couldn't have asked for a nicer Grand Cayman vacation! The condo location right next to the beach was ideal, and the ocean water was stunning. The condo itself was spotless, well-appointed, and comfortable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the local dining scene—the nearby restaurants served delicious meals every night. Overall, it was a deeply relaxing getaway.

Access to the clean beach with crystal clear waters plus a very comfortable and well accommodating place to stay made my 50th birthday no less than phenomenal. Wonderful communication with the owners took the experience to another level.

The photos don’t lie - this is a gorgeous location that can’t be beat! Mornings and evenings were extra special, when we felt like we had the view and the whole beach to ourselves.The interior is comfortable, well-kept, and equipped with everything you’ll need, including beach day equipment. The owners were so communicative and helpful, checking in just frequently enough to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend for your Grand Cayman Island visit!

A few steps to the beach. We didn’t need a car - 5-20 minute walk to many restaurants, Camana Bay, grocery store. Nice location on the southern end of 7 Mile Beach.

A beautiful location right on the ocean of seven mile. Within walking distance to everything the strip has to offer. The unit was equipped with all the essentials and we met some wonderful neighbours. Highly recommend!

Great spot for me and my wife to escape and enjoy the island. Perfect walking distance to Camana Bay for restaurants and shopping. Perfect spot to lay in the water and just relax.

Seabreeze was a perfect, quaint, close to the beach getaway. The condo was clean, well stocked and decorated so cute. Close to a ton of restaurants, and shopping. It was just what we needed after a long winter. We will definitely rebook this amazing spot again when we return to the island. Thanks so much for helping us celebrate our 20th anniversary.

Everything about this property was top notch. Marc was super helpful and very quick to respond if you needed anything. The condo has everything you could possibly want or need and the location is within walking distance to the grocery store and so many restaurants. The view from the condo is amazing and the lanai was such a great bonus. Can’t wait to go back.

The property was great and just as advertised. The communication with the manager‘s prior to and throughout our stay was excellent. Would recommend this place for small friends group if you’re willing to sleep on the couch or a couple. We could snorkel right out the door enjoyed floating, and the private beach like experience.

Fantastic beach front condo

We have been going to 7 mile beach for over 20 years and always stay at a resort but chose this option and very glad we did. Very nice and updated condo, I can't say enough good things about it.

Cayman Reef Resort 32

The location was amazing! Easy access to beach, right on the water! Could hear waves crashing all day which is so relaxing! Close to shopping and restaurants. The condo was so comfortable and we had all that we could ever need to make our stay more than wonderful! Had a great time! Communication with the host was superb! Thank you!
