The property is very well appointed with everything you need to enjoy a beach holiday. Plenty of kitchen equipment, plenty of towels, a cooler, and a full sized refrigerator that pumped out ice. The real highlight is the location- just steps from the beach and within 10-20 minutes walk to lots of fantastic restaurants and stores.

Check-in was easy (as was check-out). Unit was clean and comfortable. Access to 7 Mile Beach really was right out the patio door. Recommendations on restaurants were also good (Calypso Grill would get our top rating). A very good visit!

Loved the location. We walked to Camana Bay multiple times. Room was well stocked and comfortable. Only drawback was noise from the apartment above us.

Highly recommend staying here! Steps to the beautiful ocean. Few minutes by foot to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store and liquor store. Very accommodating host. Well appointed unit with great kitchen supplies, ie dishes, pans, etc. very comfortable bed. Location location location!

Great Location

The condo was in a great location. The beach outside the property is beautiful. There’s good restaurants and snorkeling within walking distance. Great place for the price!

This little condo was perfect for 2 people. The unit was very well maintained and equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Access to the beach was perfect. It was a nice quiet clean area and the full time residents were very accommodating. FYI- If you're from the US you don't want to drive. Taxis are readily available and reasonable. We will be back to Seagull Condos in the future.

Amazing stay

From the time we arrived until we checked out our needs were met. The property manager was responsive and attentive. The location was excellent right on the beach and within close proximity to everything. We plan on returning next year and plan to book this condo!!!
