Lovely home for the perfect vacation!

Can’t say enough about this vacation home! Two couples traveling to Kona. Your home provided a convenient location to explore the island. And we only missed one sunset in our 10 day stay! We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel equipment. Cooked out a few times. And the beds were sooo comfortable! Thank you for making this trip a home away from home! Absolutely recommend!

Epic views and perfect trip!

The accommodations were perfect for our family. Kitchen has all the things, furnished with all the necessities! Location is great with easy access to most places. We wil be back!

The property’s location and views were amazing! However The spa we couldn’t get the jets to come out very powerful. There’s a few things that need updating but the beds were very comfortable! They had pretty much everything we needed! They definitely have old snorkeling equipment so bring your own! Overall we had a very comfortable time here!

Fantastic location!

This house was perfect for our family of 4. The view is great, location is convenient to anything in the Kona area and the privacy of a single home is welcome! Yes it's a bit pricier than a condo next door but the extra cost was well worth it for us!

Awesome location

Awesome location, yards from the ocean. The host was very accommodating both pre-visit and during visit. Minor issues he might address… outdoor BBQ unusable due to rust damage, living area furnishings need updating, including severely ripped ottoman… overall, very pleasant 2 1/2 week stay.

We’ve been to Hawaii so many times, but it’s our second time on the Big Island, I highly recommend this place. Great location, it’s right on the street to get out, but no issues. Cleanliness is my biggest issue with VRBO, this home is so nice and clean and I think it’s the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, I would definitely come back. Awesome!!

Perfect Vacation House

Beautiful view with majestic sunsets! House has everything we needed to cook and more. Comfortable beds with extra linens and towels. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and more! House was close to everything...restaurants, shops, beaches, and farmers markets. Peter responded when we needed anything.. wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again.

Paradise!

Incredible view from sun up to sunset We saw turtles, whales and dolphins in one day out front. The small public access next to the house was also nice to see the community as many locals go to the small beach and watch the sunset there. We really enjoyed our time in the house and you cannot beat the location. Peter, thank you for your hospitality! We look forward to coming back! Mahalo- Eric and Krysta

A Wonderful Time

We were very fortunate to have stayed at Peter’s house. He was a great host who answered any questions we had quickly. The house was perfect for us and was well stocked. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. And who can beat the sounds of the surf while sitting in the hot tub? Thanks, Peter for a wonderful time and sharing your home.

Amazing Beach House with the Best Sunset View in Kona

My partner and I spent 2 weeks blissfully working remotely from this gem of a beach house. The lanai wraps around the whole house and features a perfect sunset view as well as a hot tub. It’s just a two minute walk along the shore from the house’s private access to a sandy beach that’s only frequented by locals (so not too crowded). And it’s a short walk from Magic Sands Beach (with an amazing happy hour spot). Our host was extremely kind and helpful, even leaving us flowers and local fruits as a welcoming gift. We would recommend to anyone and hope to visit again!

Hidden Gem

Spent the last 10 days soaking up the sound of the ocean waves and the gentle breeze from the lanai of this wonderful property and we can’t wait to go back. The home is well appointed and clean! The kitchen appliances appear to be new. Although it was hot and humid during our stay, the A/C and ceiling fans made sleeping comfortably a breeze. And those sunset views are too pretty to put into words!!! Host is easy to work with and very responsive. We will be back!
