Clean, comfortable and close to National Parks!

We were in Homestead to visit Everglades and Biscayne National Parks and this was a perfect place for our family of four to stay comfortably. The kitchen is well-stocked so we could prepare meals at home, everything was clean and very comfortable for all. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Excellent home for vacation

Older unit in a suburban neighborhood, but good location to National Parks

This unit was perfect as a home base between national parks. It is clean inside and was stocked with all the basics. Not fancy, but fit our needs.

Nice location

Clean, inviting, and welcoming property. Great location for home base. Neighborhood was friendly and quiet.Only improvement: I'd recommend a hand towel and washcloth for each guest. We made due, so not much of a problem.

Homestead Townhouse

Everything was as advertised. The townhouse was well equipped, clean, good parking, handy to Biscayne and Everglades NP. Nice patio area, not much of a grill. we didn't cbed.

Perfect for visiting the National Parks

The location was perfect for visiting Everglades and Biscayne. It was also perfectly located for travel to Key West. The property was impeccably clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. Most of all, it was like coming home after a long day of adventure. Loved the courtyard for drying our gear and it wss monitored by a miniature panther (house cat).

Great location for National Parks trip

We stayed in Homestead for a central location to visit all of the parks in South Florida. Javier's place is just as pictured, clean, great location and a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed mornings and dinner on the patio after days in the parks. We appreciated the new bed linens! I wouldn't hesitate to book with Javier.

Perfect for a visit to National parks

We used this home as a base for seeing Biscayne (20 minutes), Everglades (1-1.5 hrs), and Big Cypress (1.5 hrs). It was clean and just as pictured. It had everything we needed for a short visit. And close to multiple grocery and restaurant options. Definitely recommend.

Unsure after reading property details?

This home was exactly what was listed in property details. It served the purpose just for what we were looking for—eating breakfast, sleeping, and showering. We were constantly on the go during our stay. Always room for improvement, could use some cosmetic updates, but overall experience was good.

Hurricane evacuation

My wife and I from Tampa, and her daughter and boyfriend from Sarasota needed a place to stay, fast, that would also be pet friendly. We were all getting out of the way of Milton, and we found the place in Homestead that was perfect!

A Place to Stay

The house was suitable in a friendly neighborhood and good location. The host was very responsive. With more attention to cleanliness and upkeep it could be a 5 Star experience.

Practical and pleasant

For our purposes, the location was ideally situated between Miami and the Keys. Javier was very flexible and had no issue with us arriving a little early. The apartment is well equipped with new furnishings and comfortable for two couples. It was great to have the patio out back.

Great for our stay

Lovely house for a brief vacation with my daughter. Pictures of outside and inside are accurate. If you plan to do laundry, bring your own detergent pods (which I always do anyway). The outside light should be looked at/repaired. Plenty of streaming tv channels and the air conditioning was terrific. Plenty of extra blankets if needed. Beds and pillows were very comfy.

Hidden Gem

A wonderful property located between 2 very popular national parks. Just outside of Miami there was a bounty of activities for my family. It tooks us about 45 minutes to South Beach and 30 minutes to Key Largo. I traveled with 2 teens and a 10 year old and there was plenty of space to sleep. The house is very clean, comfortable and inviting. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Key West trip

This home was an amazing stay provided all you need. Lots of blanket, towels and couch turns into sofa bed. Two car parking space. The home has a small closed back yard with grill. A lot of store and activities to do close by the area. Key West was closer from this location. Overall great experience thank you. Great for my family of 7 we had such a great time. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Family Getaway 2025

The properity was clean and is presented accurately. Easy to find and a great location. Communication was ok. I did have to message a few times for the check in process. He didn't answer the first time, but did answer the second time but did take a few days to answer. Overall, we had a great stay. If we go back to that area, I'd probably book there again.

As Described

Property was as described. Only one night stay but check in/out was a breeze, price was right, it was clean and well kept with all the basics in case you forgot something. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if I was in town.

Very nice place to stay and perfect for my race at the speedway

Location and property was perfect for my visit to Homestead. Recommend more attention to detail on the cleanliness of one of the bathrooms.
