Accurate listing, Andy, the host, was flexible, accommodating, and had great communication! The place was well-equipped, clean, comfortable for 8 people, and everything was priced correctly with no surprises.Don’t be discouraged by the lack of curb appeal—the area felt safe, and the inside was very comfortable. The location is excellent and within walking distance of the Falls - we could hear the fireworks at night, Welcome Centre, WEGO BUS stops, zipline, Niagara City Cruises, grocery stores, and Clifton Hill. So many things to do and plenty of places to eat nearby.We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Andy was very welcoming! There were new sheets and blankets, a waterfall shower head, televisions in each room, complementary coffee and very comfortable beds for our large party of 9.

The place is perfectly located just off the highway and within walking distance to Clifton Hill and all of the attractions. Parking is tough if you have large vehicles but you can make it work. We had a truck, a minivan, and a car and the host allowed us to use the whole driveway and we made it work. It is an upper apartment accommodation and the stairs are a little steep but it has a beautiful deck and lots of space. We had 10 people and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The weather was really warm and humid and the portable AC units kept tripping the breaker but it was an easy fix. The host Andy was super responsive even at midnight the first night when I couldn’t find the breaker box. I would recommend ythis place to anyone who wants a quick easy visit to the Falls.

We had a great time. Is very clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The owner was extremely responsive and took care of all of our needs very quickly.

Great location

This place was perfect for our visit to Niagara Falls. Convenient location to drive or UBER to the attractions. A Tim Hortons was near by for morning coffee. Would recommend and stay again!

Weekend Stay

We only stayed for 1 night, but the place was great! Super clean, comfy beds, TV's in all the bedrooms. The location was perfect! So close to the falls, but also far enough away that it wasn't noisy at night. Would definitely stay here again!

I would stay here again. Clean, with a short 5 minute walk to Clifton Hills. Lots of room for our family of 6 and having 2 bathrooms was very convenient.
