Come and stay at Emerald Cottage, your mini home away from home.

** PLEASE READ ** Please read the property description and house rules carefully. We strive to keep our property and your identity safe. A valid government ID must be sent for each adult guest before we can continue with your reservation. You can submited them by downloading the VRBO app and starting a message, locate the attach file with a paper clip icon, you can upload / capture your ID’s and send it to us.

Check in/ out infomation will be given on the day of your reservation.

Our Emerald Cottage is a front end cute and charming cottage equiped with all your basic needs:

Kitchen: We offer a full kitchen, equipped with the tools to make your everyday meals. We offer coffee, tea, hot chocolate for all you lover’s out there.

Bedroom 1: Offers a Queen size bed with side tables on each side of the bed that are equipped with a charging station and a smart TV available.

Bedroom 2: Offers a bunk bed with 2 - twin size mattresses, rated for up to adult use up to 350 lbs each bed. This room also houses a table with a charging station lamp and a smart TV.

Bathroom: Provided with your everyday essentials such as towels , body soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, first aid kit, hair dryer, etc.

Living room: A comfortable couch with a chaise ( not a pull out bed) a floating TV stand, 55 inch Roku TV, and a fireplace ( non operational , for decoration only)

Tv: Roku Tv’s are available in each bedroom and living room.

Washer and dryer is always available for use.

Kitchen Hutch: Wine and whisky glasses a available for your enjoyment.

Deck/ Yard: The deck includes a propane grill, table and chairs followed by a side yard all availble for your use.

Parking : 1 car gravel driveway and street parking is available.

Security cameras are located only out side the home , the doorbell camera and 2 cameras on either side of the home. These cameras are all on and recording for safety.

Cleaning: We take pride in providing excellence in our service as a host , we use cleaning products that disinfects all areas of the home.

Adorable cottage
Super clean and well equiped. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the decor and comfort level. Would stay there many times in a heartbeat!

Excellent stay!
We stayed here during a soccer tournament. It was about a 7 minute drive to the fields and close to Albertsons, making it an ideal place to stay and make our own healthy meals for the kids. The place was clean, was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the hosts provided detailed instructions. Overall it was a great experience and we would stay there again!

Clean and cute
Home was clean and cute. Sleeping situation was not as advertised. Claimed to sleep 5 with a double sleeper sofa but only had a small chaise sofa that was not a bed and did not open into one. Home sleeps four people comfortably with two of those being children, but there is not a proper place for a 5th person to sleep unless you don’t mind sleeping on a small Sofa. Host responded listing was inaccurate, and said they would discount a small amount for four nights and ended up refunding for 3. Overall with accurate information would book again if only traveling with 3-4 people. It has since been updated with the sofa sleeping situation for future parties.

Cozy, Quiet and Just Right
The house was clean upon our arrival with a nice little welcome basket on the dining table. The neighborhood was quiet which was great, after playing full days of baseball and just needing to relax. Comfortable beds and outstanding water pressure lol. Would highly recommend this property to anyway looking for a peaceful place to stay. (Also left some items at the property because we were in a rush, owners reached out immediately to let us know and offered to hold or mail those items to us. You definitely don't see that kindness very often)
