This is a one bedroom, one bathroom efficiency apartment close to everything that North Chattanooga and Downtown Chattanooga have to offer. Newly added on to our home in 2019, this attached, yet private entry one-room efficiency boasts a luxe spa-style white marble bathroom with two separate shower heads and full glass wall. Kitchenette has a small fridge/freezer combo, countertop air fryer/oven combo and microwave. This suite has a queen pull-out couch for one or two children.
Driveway parking available for one or two cars. This is a convenient location with 5-10 minute walkability to restaurants and bars, Stringer's Ridge hiking trails and Publix grocery store.

Modern touch

This small but beautiful unit will serve you well with a comfortable peaceful night sleep and a location very close to all Chattanooga offers. Transportation will be needed whether yours or share programs. Host Megan is super hospitable and helpful. I would be glad to stay again at this charming VRBO

Chattanooga Heaven

This place is perfect for 1 person or a couple traveling alone it with their dog. It's so quiet and convenient for walking into town. We stay here twice per year visiting our son. Very clean and the bed is super comfy!

Great stay

Perfect place for our Fall Break getaway in Chattanooga! Perfect size for a couple and small child! Gave us a place to unwind after long sightseeing days. The accommodations are clean and well kept! Safe neighborhood! Great host communication!

Nice and simple room

Megan was very attentive to our needs during our stay. The room was comfortable and quiet. The shower was nice. One of her cats came to visit us one night, very sweet cat. We enjoyed our stay!

Would stay here again!

Megan made our stay very enjoyable! Her communication was clear and response time was quick. The property was prime location - so close to downtown - and easy to access. The property was clean, quiet, and exactly what we were looking for.

Great experience! We came in town early and we needed to make sure our dog was welcome. He’s is an XL American Bully some people are not comfortable with them. He was welcome and we were able to check in a couple hours early! 😁😁🙏

Solo Traveler

This place is very nice to stay, especially if you’re traveling alone. It’s tucked away in a safe neighborhood the owners live upstairs. You don’t hear from them at all you wouldn’t even know that they’re even there. The communication with the owners was always open. If I was to come back to Tennessee, I definitely will stay there again because it’s an exceptional place to stay on a budget. Not to mention the amenities that are there in the studio room.

Chattanooga Northside

I enjoyed my stay at this property in Northside. Having never been to Chattanoga, I was pleasantly surprised of the location to various attractions. It's close to the Riverfront, the Aquarium, the Univ of TN at Chattanooga, an AMC movie theater, the minor league baseball stadium, Warner Park, and a short drive to many other local gems. The property is clean and offers all you need for a quick stay for one or two. The host was informative and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this property if you traveling to the Chattanooga area.

Nice Spot close to Downtown Chattanooga

The property was very nice. It was easy to find and parking was great. The room was very well appointed with a very comfortable bed, a comfortable sofa for sitting, and a convenient table in the kitchenette area. The room was very comfortable even though the weather was quite warm. The neighborhood was also pleasant. Megan communicated well both ahead of our visit, and when we had questions. Our stay was excellent!

Perfect studio apartment, walking distance to restaurants.

Megan has a beautiful little spot here! My husband and I spent the weekend getting to know the Chattanooga area and used this as our home-base. Everything she provided was awesome, Keurig coffee, filtered cold water & ice welcomed us. Bathroom was fully stocked with Shampoo conditioner ect. Unit was super clean and very comfortable for the 2 of us! We will be back!

Meditation trip

I enjoyed my getaway and the property was ideal. All except I had no control of the heat and the door of the entrance was see thru. Which for me was a strong violation of privacy. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Great place to stay

I really enjoyed my stay at Megan's place. She was super helpful and made sure to check in a few times while I was there to see if I needed anything. The location was really close to the Northshore area and easy to get to other parts of downtown as well. This is a basement apartment so you can occasionally hear the family upstairs, but not often or loud enough to bother me when I was working remotely there for a month.

Perfect! Cozy, clean and close to Downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay for the weekend over the Head of the Hooch regatta. I almost don't want to say it was the perfect place for this event as I would definitely hope to book again for future regattas. It was very close to downtown/river walk and lots of local restaurants were nearby. We were on the go for most of the weekend so I unfortunately didn't run into Megan (host) but all of my communications with her in booking and checking in were very courteous and helpful. The suite is directly below the sunroom but it has its own access so we felt comfortable coming and going as we pleased. The room was cozy, nicely updated and very clean. We had plenty of room for the 3 of us. The little kitchenette was well equipped for our weekend stay. Thank you Megan for a wonderful experience. Hopefully we can stay again for 2024 Head of the Hooch!

Perfect Chattanooga Getaway

Within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, parks and downtown, this little apartment was perfect for a couple visiting the city for an extended weekend. We plan to go back next year!

My husband and I are Chattanooga transplants - me, a "Yankee" from upstate NY and my husband from Germany. We now consider ourselves Chattanooga natives, as I have lived here for 23 years and my husband for nearly 10. Neither of us do well sitting still. We are both incredibly active people and we especially look forward to catering to fellow outdoor enthusiasts or traveling athletes, as we have many tips and suggestions for getting what you need for your activity and figuring out how best to get to your activity/event. In town for rowing, running or triathlon? We certainly have you covered there!

North Chattanooga has it all and still remains quaint and cool. Walk 5 minutes to the "local's" restaurants and bars. Walk a few more minutes and come to the main attractions to the North Shore - the walking bridge, the locally built Coolidge Park Carousel and fountains and Clumpy's Ice Cream shop and Julie Darling Donuts. Cross over the bridges and you are right at the TN Aquariums and the Hunter Museum and Art District. Go the other way up the hill and you find yourselves at Stringer's Ridge, which offers miles of hiking and mountain biking right in the heart of North Chattanooga. Pretty darn cool if you ask us. That's why we live here, after all...
