The views here are beautiful and so calming! The place looked just like the pictures. It was very clean and overall just a cute little place by the river. Communication with the host was great. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay! The condo was nice and clean, all appliances in good working order. We appreciate the private gate access after hours and a 30 second walk to the lake. Every room has a wonderful view of the lake. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I would say the best part of this place, as mentioned in other reviews, is that you feel as if you are out in the country, but the access to Chattanooga is fantastic. I don’t know if there is a more ideal spot for visiting the area.

It was a very nice property. The condo was exactly what was described. It was clean property manager lives on site, but some of the rules were a bit much.

Cute, clean, comfortable, wonderful views, and a great location. I could write more, but I would just be repeating myself. This is a great property and the price point is proper. We’ll definitely be visiting again!

Space was very nice for our stay. We enjoyed a view of the TN river with the ducks. TY for providing an excellent property close to our event on Signal Mountain.

We picked this condo because of the lovely views and the proximity to the place where we were attending a wedding (Gardens of the Gorge). Communication with the host was great, check in was super easy, everything was clean upon arrival. We walked out to the floating dock and saw what we think was a river otter playing in the water. :-) Shower had good water pressure and the drain worked well (shower drains that don't drain are a pet peeve!). We didn't really use the kitchen much, but it did have what we needed for our short stay. Easy check out as well. Thank you for a great stay!

Gary was very helpful, and accommodating during our stay. We stayed in unit B, and found it to be clean, cozy and comfortable. It was stocked with everything you would need. The view of the river and fall colors was breathtaking from our deck.

Great place

Very spacious condo that was very clean. Great location away for the city. Beautiful view, and a short, easy drive to downtown Chattanooga for all the attractions.

Just What We Needed

This was the perfect getaway location for us. Beautiful view and just minutes away from everything we wanted to do. Host was made everything is to check in and out! Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend get a way

Great River Condo

This was a great place to stay it was 10-15 minutes to all the attractions and restaurants. The view of the river and the bluffs is amazing. Gary was very quick to respond.
