We’re sorry to hear that the ice machine noise below the unit was a disturbance. While this is a shared amenity of the building, we understand how it may have impacted your experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Regarding the amenities, we provide a starter set of supplies including shampoo, conditioner, and soap consistent with what is standard for vacation rentals. Items like soy sauce and pepper are not included for safety and sanitary reasons, but we do our best to provide guests with a well-equipped space to enjoy their stay. The building-wide fumigation was scheduled and communicated in advance, and we appreciate your cooperation. While pest control is regularly maintained, we will follow up with our team to ensure everything remains up to our high standards.
