Great Location

This home and location made for a perfect getaway to help my family unplug of our everyday busy lives. We would highly recommend the area as well as this host.

Perfect for large family group with plenty of kid friendly play areas. Located close to stores, restaurants and boat ramps.

Great for families

We had a wonderful stay. Comfy beds and the house had great amenities. Our favorite was the ice machine! Great location! Will definitely stay here again! The host is awesome!!!

Awesome hosts!

The Swanson’s were amazing hosts and very easy to communicate with. They made our stay a wonderful one and we highly recommend their beautiful house.

Great location close to spring!

The home was just as described in the listing and has a beautiful backyard on the canal to sit and hang out. The industrial ice maker was a plus and the paddle boards and lilly pad walking float were fun also! Very clean! Would stay here again for sure!

Great family getaway

Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved the backyard and screened in porch. We had many fun game nights at the large dining room table!

Amazing House

The property was perfect for our needs. Very large and very clean. The location is perfect , it is a short boat ride to the springs. The check in and communication was great. We can’t wait to return.

Great house/location

We visited for spring break. The house had lots of space and a great backyard overlooking the canal. It was close to our manatee tour location and the park was nearby. This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Our host was very friendly and helpful.

Relaxing stay

We all had fun and enjoyed our stay. It was a short boat ride to the springs, and a short drive to the Wildlife State Park. We would definitely come back. Thanks Wesley!

Fishing weekend

Nice spacious house with great access to the springs and the river. Had all the amenities every boater could need including a spot to park your trailer. My family and I had a great weekend.

Amazing family location

Our stay was everything we could have wanted and more. The house was very clean, large enough to fit our family and had so many wonderful additions. The boat dock was very nice, tree lights were a beautiful touch and the large ice maker was a huge plus. We would absolutely go back and recommend this to our friends.

Scallop Season Getaway

This property was perfect! We really loved having an ice machine, being right on the water with places to tie up our boats, and the cleanliness was perfect! The paddle board was a hit too! We definitely recommend this property, communication with the property manager was great as well.

Great Place in Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. We really liked the the recliners after a long day of sightseeing. The house is in great shape in a great location. Just a couple of miles from Homosassa State park. The Margarita Grill is just across the bridge and has great food. The only regret we had is we wished we brought the whole family.

The property manager was very proactive in communicating. this is a very nice home with a covered boat slip and dock. highly recommend the property and the manager

Little piece of Heaven ❤️

The house is absolutely amazing!! All the beds were super comfortable Everything was spotless and the owner was so sweet she went out of her way to get me a grill for my birthday dinner!! We will definitely rent this place again Location is great, super close to the springs and all the restaurants I can’t say enough about it , definitely check this place out you will not be disappointed

Great place for a vacation!

The property was just as advertised! Great place for family vacation. Many things to do close by. Great for fisherman too. Having an ice machine is a big plus when going fishing or just out on the boat for the day. House was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed! Thanks to the host for a wonderful place to stay and great communication! Highly recommend!

Perfection

Our stay here was amazing. The property was exactly how it was listed. If you have a boat then this place is amazing for you. The owner was super fast at responding to our messages and even treated us to a surprise order of fresh mahi! Would definitely return!! Perfect family getaway!

We enjoyed the stay!!! Wesley provided immediate responses to our questions and concerns. The home was just what we were looking for. Seeing a manatee cow and calf from the house’s dock, in the middle of the summer, was icing on the cake. Thank you!
