We had an incredible long weekend at Bayberry Beach house. Kent was responsive and accommodating host. The outside space and hot tub were the cherry on top to an incredible property. We will be back again!

This house is spacious, bright & airy, well appointed and nicely decorated. Lots of outdoor deck space too and the built-in hot tub was a nice bonus. Views of the bay and surrounding area are beautiful and aided by the house being on a hilltop in the west end. You're a short walk to Victors and The Red Inn--both of our happy hour favorites. My entire group loved the house. Comfy beds and nicely decorated bed rooms provided a cozy and relaxing sleeping atmosphere. Kent, the host was very responsive to our needs. Can't wait to stay there again.

Everything about the house was perfect. Extremely clean, well kept and modern. It had everything you could possibly want. The host was responsive and accommodating. The views on the deck, the widows watch, and even in the open space living-dining-kitchen were spectacular. I was initially a little concerned about the walk from the house down to commercial, but it turned out to be a non-issue as it was only 15 minutes and pleasant. And the 15 minute walk was more than offset by the stunning neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. It was extremely spacious with everything we could have needed. The back deck is very quiet with trees and bushes surrounding it for privacy. We were able to walk down to Commercial St from this property which was great. The hosts sent us a welcome email that linked us to their website and explained everything we needed to know. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting P-Town.

Perfect for the 4th of July

The home has amazing views, ample space for 3 couples, and very cozy lighting throughout. The bathrooms could use a rejuvenation, but all other features and appliances work! This house it atop of a large hill, so if you choose to rent bikes: Pack advil. A lovely and charming neighborhood with upscale homes made walks and bike rides feel very safe.
