• WHost supplies basic personal care and cooking items for your first nights.

🛡️ Mandatory Guest Screening
• For everyone’s safety, the building requires a brief guest screening before check-in.
• 🔴 Reservations will be canceled if the screening is not completed or not approved.

🏊 Pool Access Guidelines
• Pool hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Wristbands are required for access.
• ⚠️ Lost or damaged wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee — please keep them safe!

🚫 Towels Not Provided
• Please bring your own bath towels for your stay.

❄️ HVAC System Notice
• The HVAC system is centralized and regulated seasonally:

Heating: Oct 15 – May 1

A/C: May 15 – Oct 1
• Transition periods are controlled by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

🚗 Parking Rules
• One designated parking spot is included.
• Display your permit clearly on the dashboard or rearview mirror.
• Do not park in handicapped spaces without a valid permit.
