Brand new and modern apartment on Red Line!

Welcome to our fully renovated 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Chevy Chase/Friendship Heights! Our house is a 7-minute walk to Friendship Heights Metro/Bus Station and tons of shopping and dining. The apartment has beautiful and modern finishes, new furniture, a fully equipped kitchen and a working space (Apple computer and a printer). We welcome families with children and are proud to say that our neighborhood is among the safest and greenest in Washington.

This apartment is a part of our house, and therefore we put all of our passion and love into remodeling and furnishing it. David and I tried to think of everything that a businessperson, a couple or a family might need during their stay. Therefore, we have a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and such essentials as a coffee machine, a child chair and champagne glasses (who doesn't need that on vacation, right?). We also provide a laundry room that has a new set of washer and dryer and an iron.

The apartment was clean and efficient with all the things needed for a comfortable stay.The Metro was nearby. We made use of the donut shops and grocery store each day.Our boys enjoyed the magnetic dartboard!The floors has special insulation so noise between floors wasn’t noticeable.

Our stay here was terrific. The unit was very clean; the location was great (quiet but close to the Metro); owners were attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at the property--the apartment was spotless, comfortable, and private. The convenience to the metro (a short 7 minute walk) and the availability of several great restaurants nearby made this a 10/10 in our book. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice neighborhood, easy access to Metro (about 12 minute walk) and near-by grocery store. This is a basement apartment and we never heard Gladys or David above us. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is exactly as advertised. Very clean and well organized with everything you need for a getaway. Host was very friendly and helpful and even provided some welcome snacks that were greatly appreciated after a busy morning of travel and sightseeing.

DC getaways

It was a great property to stay at and it was in a safe area. The property clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. It was within walking distance of the Metro and several restaurants. I highly recommend this place!

Clean and welcoming

Sweet basement apartment. Clean, comfortable bed, nice neighborhood, well-equipped kitchen. Close walk to Whole Foods. . We would stay there again.

Excellent location

Stayed here with high school son to visit daughter attending AU. Excellent location close to metro and walking distance from so much stuff. The apartment is outfitted with so many amenities. I was very pleased with my choice and would definitely stay here again. Six stars.
