Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues you encountered — that is certainly not the standard we strive to maintain, and we understand how upsetting that must have been. We will address this directly with our cleaning team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Regarding the window inspections, we apologize for the inconvenience and understand how unexpected visits while you were away could be uncomfortable. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will work on improving communication around any scheduled maintenance in the future. Your comments help us improve, and we hope you'll consider giving us another chance to provide a better experience.

Thank you for visiting Brooks and Shorey Resorts and for taking your time to leave a review after your stay. It's disheartening to hear that your stay was not entirely comfortable. I’m sorry to hear that we were unable to provide you with the experience you were looking for. Please accept our apologies for any other inconveniences you experienced. This is not the level of service we pride ourselves on delivering or a good representation of Brooks and Shorey and we will work on improving our customer service in order to match our reputation. Thank you for sharing your feedback, we hope to see you once again.

We are still working on our new program Touchstay. It sends these automatically at the end of each booking. Because you are a long term renter, each month has to be a new booking. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for staying with us! We will be sure to send this feedback to the proper parties to have them addressed.

Your comments are important to us, and we'll use them as we continually work to improve our accommodations and service.
