We had an amazing stay for a family weekend ski trip. The location is so convenient and it's easily accessible to the ski resort. Hosts were conscientious with prompt communication.

Our family had an absolutely great summer stay at this property. We’ve rented multiple properties in this neighborhood over the years and found this one to be our favorite. The location, views, amenities (hot tub on the balcony is amazing) and in home comforts don’t get much better. We cooked breakfast everyday during our stay and dinner multiple nights and were able to take advantage of the kitchen and grill. The beds and linens were all very comfortable and everyone slept great. 5 stars all the way around!

Family vacation

Loved our stay! The townhouse and furnishings are new and beautiful and the house was spotless. The location was perfect for us. The property manager was very helpful.

Great house, views, location.

My girlfriend and I and another couple had a great weekend boarding right across from purgatory and the house is amazing. Great experience!

Amazing view and location

The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. A wonderful view of the mountains in a quiet neighborhood. Easy drive into Durango. A great year round condo!

Great Purgatory Homebase

Really enjoyed our stay here. The home is a short walk or shorter shuttle ride from Purgatory mountain. Very comfortable, all the expected amenities. Amazing views of Engineer Mountain and surrounding peaks. We rent a VRBO near Purgatory every spring break and this home is our favorite. Hope to come back next year!

Perfect property!

We absolutely loved this property! The house is modern clean and amazing views! The managers were so friendly and welcoming! We enjoy being across from Purgatory and the hot tub on the balancing made the kids weekend! Thank you for being such great hosts! We will be back!

Beautiful property in a great location

We have been coming to Purgatory to snowboard/ski for 20 years. We chose this place because it is right across the street from Purgatory. We stayed with friends and had kids from 4 to 15. Everyone loved the place! Pool table was a hit and we loved soaking in the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. Place has a shuttle that comes to pick you up so no worries about having to load up a car in the mornings. Would definitely recommend.

We love to ski over at Purgatory. There are some great runs for all skill levels.
Afterwards we'll turn on the fireplace, cook some homemade chili in the exceptional kitchen, and then retire to our private hot tub to work out the joints!
