The Cellar is a Stones throw away from Lake Loveland, a perfect spot to take a stroll along the water or just sit and watch a beautiful Colorado sunset over the Rocky Mountains. It's walking distance to charming Downtown Loveland, with several restaurants, breweries, shops, museums, Historic Rialto Theatre, Foot Lagoon and The Foundry Venues, for concerts, festivals and pop-up markets. Sprouts and Natural Grocers are nearby. This is a great base camp for enjoying day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, Fort Collins, Denver, Boulder, Greeley and Cheyenne. The studio includes a queen bed, kitchenette, eat at island, fridge, sink, microwave, drip coffee maker, frother, single burner hotplate and H2O kettle. The bathroom is clean & spacious with a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. there is also a large closet. The Backyard is very large (1/2 acre) w/sitting and smoking areas, (seasonal) outdoor eating area, Blackstone flattop grill/griddle, seasonal gardens, play/run area for pets and a fire pit for those cool Colorado evenings. Free on site parking. **NOTE** If needed and if available, there is an additional short term rental on the same property, it is separate from this studio. It has a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, living area and sleeps 2 people. Let us know if you'd like more info on that unit. Pets welcome,
Please note** this is a very peaceful and private studio, however it is not a noise free studio and you should expect to hear ambient noise from the floor above, such as water running, footsteps, dog paw pitter patter etc. if you are hyper sensitive to noise, this probably isn"t a good fit for you.

This little studio was wonderful. It was very clean, had all the towels needed and dishes, etc. It's perfect for one or two people. The host was very friendly and checked with me to see if I needed anything. Instructions for how to get there were very clear. It was a wonderful experience.

Really enjoyed our wknd staying in the "Cellar ". Clean and perfect for our needs. Best of all, we were able to take our fur baby. The backyard is big and soooo nice to walk him around and look at the garden and further past the yard too. He saw squirrels and bunnies. He was happy and that of course, that made us happy. Antoinette and Cory are very warm and friendly people. We plan on going back next year!

The unit was more spacious than I expected. Very comfortable with everything we could wnat for the 2 of us.The hosts were very helpful, and available on site, but hey were not intrusive. The unit felt private. The proerty is also very nicely kept and is made available should we wish to enjoy it's amenities. The neighborhood is very near a private lake, and is an easy walk to view it(worth the short walk). I would stay here the next time we visit Loveland!

Peaceful, comfortable and convenient!

Great location near town, walked to lake in the mornings. Beautiful backyard gardens! Love the cute town of Loveland and also easy access to Estes Park and Fort Collins. Owners are great and place was clean and well stocked. I will definitely be back!

Great location in northern Colorado

Cory and Annette's place was a great location for all I wanted to do in Colorado. It was centrally located to Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder and Fort Collins, all places I wanted to visit on my trip. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was very safe with food and a brewery within walking distance. I will definitely consider staying at this location on my next trip to Northern Colorado.

So quiet and peaceful

This was my first time at a VRBO and it was outstanding! So clean, quiet, secure. Everything we needed was right there. And the owners were so helpful when it was needed. Perfect for a parent with child or a couple. And the coffee bar was *chefs kiss*

Relaxing

Great location Loveland several lakes all around some within walking distance where you can watch a beautiful sun set. Very dog friendly. Wonderful Host friendly helpful, Respond quickly to any questions you may have. Nice quiet neighborhood Would definitely stay there again.

Loveland Stay

Very nice rental. Excellent location in Loveland. It is close to Loveland lake and was fun to be able to walk the dog around the area. The owners were awesome and always available with any questions.

If you have dogs, this is the place to stay!!!

I absolutely loved my stay here and both my dogs had such a good time. The hosts are fantastic and not only dog lovers, but respect training and understand canine body language!!! Annette was so respectful of how I train my dogs and greeted them with so much love. I was grateful to have found such a safe place for them. There’s a large area of the backyard (not fully fenced, but my dogs LOVED racing around on their long lines) that dogs can fully stretch their legs in and sniff and explore. If you are traveling or need a place to stay with your dogs, I really couldn’t recommend this place enough. The room itself was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and had both excellent water pressure and hot water. The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, and deep sink, and is stocked with pretty much anything you might need for the duration of your stay. You basically have your own private entry as well and we were never disturbed by noises upstairs. They are also marijuana friendly!!! You can’t smoke inside, but it only takes about two steps to be outside. This was another big bonus in my boat since I use it mostly medicinally and many places are still so uneducated and firmly against marijuana.
