Welcome to The Cellar, a cozy and private studio tucked away in a quiet and established Loveland neighborhood, just a stone's throw from Lake Loveland and within walking distance of charming Downtown Loveland.
Start your day with a stroll around the lake, explore local shops, restaurants, breweries and museums, or catch a concert or event at the Historic Rialto Theatre or The Foundry. With easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, Fort Collin, Boulder, Johnstown, Greeley and beyond, The Cellar makes a great home base for exploring Northern Colorado and Wyoming.
The Private studio has it's own entrance and everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a queen bed, a well-equipped kitchenette with full sized refrigerator and sink, microwave, 2 hot plates, drip coffee maker and electric kettle. There's also a comfortable eat-in island for meals or morning coffee.
The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet, and the closet provides ample room to hang your close and store your belongings.
One of the best parts of staying at The Cellar is the large backyard. Guests can enjoy out door seating, seasonal dining areas, seasonal gardens, a designated pet play/run and a fire pit-perfect for relaxing on cool Colorado evening. Free on-site parking is available.
Traveling with your dog? Pets are welcome! Your four-legged friend will have plenty of room to stretch their legs and enjoy the backyard.

The Cellar is a peaceful and private space, but it is located below a bathroom and bedroom on the main floor of the home. because of this you may occasionally hear normal household sounds, such as footsteps, running water or the periodic sound of a dog moving around. if you are particularly sensitive to noise, this may not be the right fit for you.
There is also a separate short-term rental on the same property. It is separate from The Cellar and has its own accommodations. if you are traveling with additional guests, feel free to reach out and we'd be happy to provide more information if that unit is available.

Beautiful place in a great location, close to everything! Cory and Annette were great, really enjoyed visiting with them and the treats that were provided was such a nice touch. This is definitely a place we want to return to and possible do a small family trip. Can't wait to return here!

Cozy, well appointed studio apartment! Walking distance to the lake and a short distance (1.5 miles - very walkable) to Benson Sculpture Park. Host is very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved "The Cellar"; it is decorated nicely and totally comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent and close to local attractions and shopping. The kitchen is completely stocked with needed items and has a toaster oven, Microwave and full refrigerator. Our host provided a warm, fresh loaf of sour dough bread for our first morning. Great place to stay and we will return!

Great efficiency type place! Wonderful shower and bathroom and the whole place is beautifully decorated. Nice unexpected touches like treats and snacks. Communication was terrific and the hosts provided helpful tips for us to enjoy many local places!

Clean space. Expected a larger kitchen, would specify toaster oven dimensions and a portable stove. Great accessibility to the lakes around the area and close to Fort Collins!! Definitely would book again.

10/10 would stay again! Amazing hosts, clean and quiet little studio apartment. Beautiful garden and amazing location for site seeing, shopping and good eats.

Centrally located. Off street parking. Easy to find using GPS. Very clean, every amenity you could possibly want or need. The host is a consummate professional, warm, friendly, personable, and a wealth of information.

This rental is in a GREAT location. The entire space was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time in Loveland and this rental contributed to that!

Perfect little place for our stay in Loveland! Clean and quiet with many extra’s provided! The host and hostess were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! I would highly recommend!

Peaceful, comfortable and convenient!
Great location near town, walked to lake in the mornings. Beautiful backyard gardens! Love the cute town of Loveland and also easy access to Estes Park and Fort Collins. Owners are great and place was clean and well stocked. I will definitely be back!
