If you're looking for a place to relax, spend time in nature, and enjoy mountain sunsets, look no further!
The Hilltop Hideaway is nestled in the best part of Loveland, CO, between Fort Collins and Estes Park. A 30-minute drive to each means you can enjoy everything Northern Colorado has to offer from one central location!
This picturesque location has west-facing mountain views from a private deck and plenty of space for your gathering inside. Many hiking trails in close proximity.
The property is in a beautiful rural neighborhood, about 15 minutes from downtown. At the Hilltop Hideaway you'll be able to enjoy gorgeous mountain views, abundant wildlife, and night skies filled with stars.
There are a limited number of homes in the area, each on a large piece of land so you don't need to worry about hearing the neighbors or sounds of the city.
The property is equipped with a cozy living room (complete with a pullout bed), a bright eat-in full kitchen, and a tranquil master bedroom as well as two full bathrooms. You can see the mountains from each room!
We will send you the code the morning of your designated check-in date. You'll use this code for the duration of your stay.
The rental space is an attached mother-in-law suite with a separate entrance. 18 inches of concrete (walls and ceiling) separate guests from full-time residents, virtually eliminating all noise. There are no indoor quiet hours for guests.

- Strict outdoor quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Please be conscious of outdoor noise at all times. This is a quiet neighborhood and we appreciate you making sure our neighbors get to enjoy the peace and quiet they love too.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the Hilltop Hideaway, a $500 fine will be assessed for smoking indoors.
- We do not permit any parties, gatherings, events, fires, or fireworks at the Hilltop Hideaway.
- No burning of items (ex. incense, candles, sage)
- Guests in excess of your approved guest count when booking are not permitted.
- No pets are permitted on premise at any time.

I stayed with family including an almost eight year old. We were all so impressed with the property! The location can't be beat for Estes Park and Loveland. We cooked every night in the large, well stocked kitchen and enjoyed the views from the deck and the dining area with the picture window. We didn't even want to go our last afternoon since the property itself is so special. Even though it is the downstairs only, the entrance and deck are private and it felt like its own space entirely. The hosts were thoughtful with the amenities and even had coffee pods available for the Keurig. The pictures do not do this place justice. So Beautiful!!! It really felt like the perfect mountain home.

We signed up for a 3 night stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The accommodations provided everything we needed and was clean. The time spent on the deck was relaxing during daylight and night time. A lot of time was spent star gazing. There are many fond memories of our stay and as we will have more opportunities to return to the area, we can only hope this place will be available during the timeframe of our future needs.

Great place to relax
It was exactly as expected! My sister and I wanted a getaway in the country with a lovely view. Nice big porch to relax outside with the view to sip coffee or play a game. Nice roomy accommodations and the owners were very quick and accommodating!
We had a very nice time and will come back but stay longer.

Excellent Rental
Excellent Rental, location is beautiful, quiet, and clean. Host are very helpful and responded very timely to questions, no issues. Would recommend anyone to stay here and will return.

Great Location and Gorgeous Views!
We had a fantastic stay at this property! The views from the deck were amazing, especially during sunrise and sunset. The property is situated 24 miles from Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park, and 30 minutes to Fort Collins. The property was very clean and felt like a home away from home for us.
The property owners communicated well and made the check in process a breeze. Please heed their warning when they say take a screenshot of the directions to the place and also how to get in, because the cell service is sketchy. We highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay here again!

Great, quiet location!
We enjoyed our stay in Larimer County. It was close to some family- friendly hikes and loved exploring the nearby towns! We would stay here again.

This property was absolutely PERFECT❤️
If you are looking for a great little hideaway this is it!! My son got married at a nearby venue and this VRBO was a perfect place for the bridesmaids to get ready as well as a Beautiful place for my son and his new wife to stay afterwards! The host was SO sweet to deal with and she went above and beyond leaving my son and his new wife a card, flowers and chocolates which just made the whole experience so SPECIAL💕

Awesome Location and Views
The stay was great, nice & clean, pleasantly decorated. The views of the Colorado Mountains from the kitchen and deck are phenomenal. Bed was comfortable. Quick drive into Loveland to restaurants, breweries and shopping. On the way to Big Thompson Canyon and Estes Park.
Really worth the stay to get away from the City, but with quick access. Would absolutely stay here again.
