For relaxation or working away from home you CAN have it all here in Old Town Fort Collins! Our two bedroom carriage house welcomes you with all things convenient, clean and comfortable. Your home away from home has a main floor master bedroom with a new queen bed and a large working desk area and a full luxurious bath. Up the spiral staircase to the loft, you will find a large space with two single beds, a desk and room to spare! Enjoy a cup of coffee in the quaint living area or outside on the stamped concrete patio. We make sure that you have all you need to enjoy your stay including a large outdoor patio with gas grill and off street parking.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage a lot. The location was perfect in terms of being close to so many unique restaurants and the outside area was nice for having breakfast outside in the morning or chilling in the evening.

Loved the place. It fit our needs perfectly. We were very happy with our trip. So close to all the action downtown and very quite when we wanted to take a break and relax. Would definitely use this cottage again

I give this property five stars all around. The patio and outdoor kitchen are by far the best features of the property. The bedrooms were perfectly acquainted. I could not be happier. The hosts were immediately responsive to requests for assistance and information. They were also exceedingly gracious. I highly recommend this property.

The cottage was a very cute, clean place to stay and was in walking distance of Old Town and the CSU transit center which was important to us. The oven that is listed in the amenities is a microwave convection oven not a conventional oven, if that matters to you. The space outside the cottage is very lovely to sit and have coffee or eat a meal. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything you might need is provided. Comfortable, clean, well-organized. The property is private and is a great location to walk to downtown FoCo. The host is easy to communicate with and responsive. We’ve stayed here a couple of times now; no need to go anywhere else for lodging!

The cottage was clean and well stocked with entertaining items, comfortable beds, and linens. Location was good, close enough to downtown without too much traffic. It might be smaller but the space is laid out perfectly and very cozy. I will definitely keep this location in mind for next time.

The cottage was spotlessly clean, very convenient, and cozy. Our host provided clear and complete information prior to arrival and everything was exactly as-descibed. Overall the cottage was a perfect fit for our weekend visit.

Wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful cottage .... cozy, comfortable, extremely clean, lovely outdoor patio area, everything we needed! And the location is perfect for visiting CSU and Old Town. We will definitely stay here again.... highly recommend!!!!!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Living most of our lives in Europe and the Middle East, we spent a year in Fort Collins in 2005 and fell in love with the community. Being close to Colorado State University in Old Town was our goal. We built this cottage in 2007 so that whenever we are in the US we would have a place that felt like home. We added landscaping and patios because we love being outside. We hand-carried ceramic tile from the Middle East to add a familiar touch to the kitchen and bathroom. Having hosted and been hosted by people all over the world, we place a premium on hospitality and have tried to ensure that this place has everything needed to enjoy your stay in Fort Collins.
