This is a very well stocked rental in a prime location! The host’s clear communication about the property and what to expect made it effortless to prepare, check-in/out, etc., and bedrooms and living area exceeded our expectations. We would love to stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Home worked well for family of 10. Lots of kitchen equipment and fun extra items for the beach and crabbing. Enjoyed the easy access to the beach, pool, gym and tennis courts. We had a great time!

It was a little more work packing to leave, but well worth it. We learned our lesson last time (1st time) we visited OBX. Pack groceries to eliminate needing to go grocery shopping on the weekend.

The home was just as great as advertised. I have been renting home properties from various websites for the past 17 years. This house by far had the best stocked kitchen supplies of any home that I have ever rented. The community pool was excellent and the beach was well within walking or biking distance. The host communicated well and always replied quickly to my emails. I highly recommend this property for your next trip to NC.

Great place!

Location was great and close to town, shopping and beach. We loved all the extras like the bikes, beach chairs, etc. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking for a large group.

Excellent stay with great location

We loved the house and the amenities that come with it! We had a fantastic time at the beach and community pool. We also appreciate the communication with Kay and how well the house is labeled. The location is great on the quieter side of the island, but still close to everything you need.

Lovely house and wonderful vacation for us

This house was lovely and exactly as pictured and described. Easy walk to the pool, and the nearby beach is beautiful - soft sand, pretty surf, and long enough for long walks on the beach. Everything felt easy and so relaxing. A wonderful vacation for our family.

First OBX trip

Great first stay in OBX! It was nice to have alot of things provided at the house and a great neighborhood for walking and biking. We loved having the community pool.

Perfect Family Vacation

This home was perfect for my family of 4 to kick off our summer. It had everything we needed, was perfectly arranged for the age of our children. We had access to the pool and clubhouse. We can't wait to come back!

Great week in Corolla!

We had a lovely stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Having chairs, bikes, etc was so convenient. The beach was a quick bike ride or drive (there is a close parking lot if you want your car closer to the beach) and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood.

Great vacation house!

The home was very clean and spacious! It was perfect for our family of 4 plus two friends. It was nice to have so many places to walk to. On rainy days we cooked dinner, played cards or watched movies. So it was a great balance of activity and relaxation. This was a great place to spend quality time with our family.

Great Beach House

The house was updated, spacious, we had 8 adults staying the week. The Kitchen had most everything one would need for cooking large meals. The top deck was nice to have coffee in the morning in the shade. Proximity to shopping, etc. was extremely convenient.

Perfect Setting for A Family Vacation

We could not be happier with our stay at this OBX home. It was perfect for our 2 families to share with teenagers & young children combined. The house was well-equipped with beach supplies & bikes. The inside was perfect for our families. It was convenient for our families to walk down to the pool, the beach, & also a little local dock where we can watch the sunset. The owner was also great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful

We had a wonderful stay..zero complaints about the property. Very clean and comfortable.The only thing that we didnt like was the fact that the pool closes at 6pm. I feel like thats very early to cut off pool access

Motsney Family Beach Vacation

Check in was easy and flawless. Every kitchen appliance and utensil that we could have needed was available as well as quantities. Sheets and bedding were outstanding. Instructions provided were clear and comprehensive. Kay was always responsive. In short, we loved the place.

House was lovely. Bright, cheery, clean and well stocked with everything you may need in the kitchen. Good selection of bikes and beach chairs as well. Beautiful neighborhood.

Great location. Nice accommodations for a family.

Just like the pictures. No disappointments. Having the bikes, chairs, and other items available for the guest was just great. I felt this was very generous. I have stayed at many places and this was the first time I have seen such generosity.

We had a great family vacation. Host was very helpful and provided great suggestions to the area. House accommodated 7 adults. Beds all comfortable and a very nice open kitchen. Coffee on the deck every morning watching the birds and deer across the street. Pool was a pleasant surprise. We Used it more than anticipated. Nice sunset walks to the docks. Beach was walking distance but also had a free parking lot. Corolla a very relaxing village with good coffee shops and a nice beer garden.Overall a fantastic experience.
