Really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Very clean, updated, and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, pans, etc. Good views of the ocean and bayside. Communication was great with the owners. Highly recommend this unit! Would definitely stay here again. This was our second straight year staying at Sandpiper Dunes. Check in was smooth and there wasn’t chaos getting luggage into the room.

Wonderful Vacation

My family and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, updated and beautiful. Location could not have been any better, close to all of our favorite OC spots. The hosts were amazing, and accomidating. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again soon!

Beautiful condo!

We had a great stay at the condo! The renovation was done beautifully and the location is easy to get to and has a great, clean beach. We had clear communication with the owners and zero problems with our stay. Highly recommend!

Great Location

Our family had a wonderful stay in this condo. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It had a great view of the beach. Easy communication with owners. We had a great vacation and plan on staying here again in the future. Thanks Ron and Tara.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location

We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay! The condo was clean, beautiful and well stocked. It’s a quick walk to the beach, the bay, restaurants and convenience stores. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony looking at the beach and listening to the waves. I especially liked being so close to the beach that we could hear the waves from the bedroom. Ron couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive.

Check in was seemless. Whole condo was clean and tidy. We appreciate the towels and sheets being bundle. This shows extra cleanliness. We did find some leftover dog food in one cabinet and a dog bone tucked inside the recliner. Overall though we had a great stay.

Oceanside Escape

The property was very clean and well appointed. The owners were a pleasure to communicate with. Decor was the perfect beach vibe without being overdone. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage throughout the condo. The balcony had both ocean and bay views! Sandpiper Dunes is a favorite of our family because of its location and amenities. There is beach access, a pool, great stores and restaurants close by, and there are plenty of activities for the whole family in midtown. Overall this property absolutely added to our enjoyment of the week, the perfect home away from home!!

This unit was excellent! Very clean and wonderful! Exactly what I needed for 7 !! Will definitely stay there again!! I did not like VRBO!! Had horrid experience with them! The owner of property was my contact and fantastic to deal with!!!

Great stay!

Pleasantly suprised how large this unit was. Pictures don’t do it justice! Newly renovated and not super “beachy” but was light and comfortable. Easily slept 6! Pool access was a hit and proximity to beach was a game changer. The staff constantly attentive to the outside property was nice to see. Corner unit so you only have once side of neighbors we never heard. View was perfect! Thanks again. Hope to be back!
