We had such a great week staying at this home! My kids fished all week and caught several fish. They played on the Kayaks and fished on the dock from dawn til dusk while I sat outside all day and listened to the flowing river! At night we enjoyed a fire in the fire pit by the river. All together we had an excellent experience and look forward to staying here again soon!!

Very nice stay. The property is beautiful and the cabin was well stocked and plenty spacious. The host was very communicative and accmodating. We appreciate the opportunity to say our vows with such a beautiful backdrop and will definitely be back.

We had a great stay! Very pet and family friendly. One of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in at a vacation rental. Great memory maker location! Looking forward to returning.

Very pet friendly. Great seeing and listening to sounds of the river. Enjoyed seeing local friends and the Christmas season events in the area Great host as well

Being right on the water was amazing. The mattresses on the beds were so very comfortable. One main issue- we all had to share the guest shower. The master shower filled with water and wouldnt drain. The house location was perfect. We did not have to drive up steep hills. We loved this house!

If you’re taking classes at the JohnCCampbell Folkschool, this is an excellent house to rent. The location is less than a 10 minute drive and is right on the river. Lovely way to relax at the end of the day; we even saw some kayakers go by! Host was incredibly responsive and a great communicator. Didn’t really spend any time upstairs since it was just the two of us, but we thought the king size bed on the main level primary was very comfortable. A wonderful surprise feature of the house was that aside from the main entrance there was a ramp to the kitchen door so we could roll up our suitcases without having to lift them up any stairs. This would be very nice if someone had a walker.

We had such a relaxing time and the location was ideal for my husband to take a class at the Folk School while I worked from "home" with my little fur-baby. It was so nice to be right on the river and in such a nature-filled space. The master bed was also very comfortable and we had everything we needed for the week-long stay. Communication with the owners was also fantastic - super kind and helpful!

Beautiful and Cozy

Hosts were extremely nice. The location was perfect for our quiet weekend. The house was clean, hot tub was great, and had a beautiful view of the river that was an underhand toss away!

Excellent location

The house was very nice and very pretty at night. The location was excellent and had lots of amenities. The owners are doing a wonderful job updating the property and it is beautifully decorated. I love the area and this was an excellent stay.

Great location & view & property!

Stayed weekend to ride rail bikes in Andrews. Great independent restaurants in Murphy & Andrews! Locals nice! Owner very nice & communicative! Cudos on the decor!

lovely oasis

Would love to return in warmer weather, but even in cold and rainy December this was a great location. Kitchen was beautifully set up to work in, and the hosts were thoughtful and welcoming.

River house trip!

The house was perfect for a relaxing stay on a beautiful river. The beds were comfortable, the decor was lovely and our granddaughter loved the little room upstairs. Having the tubes and kayak were a lot of fun! The only thing our trip needed was a few more days!!

Lovely getaway

We loved our time at this beautiful river home. It was perfect for our family of five to get away and relax. The river was beautiful! We enjoyed the deck, sunning raft, hot tub, fishing, cornhole, and well stocked kitchen. We took a day trip to Helen GA but otherwise stayed at home and enjoyed a quiet retreat.

Excellent

We had a very enjoyable 5 night stay at this lovely home. The host was easy to communicate with and provided many extras, such as plenty of toilet paper, kitchen trash bags, Tide pods, a wide assortment of coffee and teas and a free bottle of wine. My 14 year old grandson kayaked in the river everyday. The location was close to town, making it easy to get provisions at Ingles and Walmart. My 9 year old granddaughter was sad to say goodbye to the house and informed me she wants to buy it when she grows up:)
