Two side-by-side units, each with two bedrooms and a loft with a futon and two full bathrooms. Units are rented separately but they are more fun when you and a friend rent them together! Or, perfect for two families traveling together, two couples, or extended families. Price includes both units. Each unit sleeps 6 people for a total occupancy of 12 people. The units are not connected but their front doors are steps apart and share the same sidewalk. Happy Hours I includes a screened in lanai overlooking the pool and bonus bunkbeds upstairs. Happy Hours II has an updated kitchen and a spa-like shower upstairs. The units are part of a small 14-unit community with one shared pool. The beach is directly across the street -- just a 3-minute walk to toes-in the sand on our beautiful no-drive beach. A shopping plaza with a grocery store, bar and liquor store, and three restaurants is just a few blocks away.
