This was a very nice condo! The house was perfectly located just a few steps from Flagler Avenue and all the shops and good restaurants! Our bed was super comfortable! Everything was clean and the kitchen was as well stocked. It had a coffee maker that took regular coffee and also Keurig. We would definitely recommend! The only thing I disliked was the steps from the bottom floor to the second floor. If you have trouble with steps this place might not be for you. Everyone else, it’s great!

We absolutely LOVED our stay in the condo, it was absolutely perfect for our family of adult children in to attend a family wedding. The location could not have been better, right on the beach access and just around the corner from all the shops and restaurants. We felt extremely lucky to have enjoyed one of the best vacations of our lives there. The condo had everything we needed, was very clean, quiet and comfortable, we highly recommend this AAA accommodation!

Our stay was great and the condo was exactly as pictured. We had a slight plumbing issue which they took car of issue which was taken care of immediately. The host was fantastic and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again.

House was nice and clean. Good supply of cookware, dinnerware and utensils. Great coffee maker (keurig & drip duo)! Knives definitely need sharpening. Good grill, but lacks grilling utensils and brush needs to be replaced. Beds and pillows are like sleeping in heaven with covers for warm and cold nights. More than enough of towels for both house and beach. Location is just as expected with a very short walk from front door to the boardwalk. It would be helpful to replace a couple of the beach chairs that are not able to fold up and add more. There were only 2 in good condition. Would definitely stay again with our family.

Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay, plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen had everything we needed, and was walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants.

Place was beautiful. Thought it was 2 stories but it is 3, so you have to be ok with stairs. But it provides a lot of privacy with bedrooms on each floor. Host was very attentive.

Wonderful New Smyrna

Great Location. Great property.Plenty of room. Just a couple of minute walk to beach and a couple of minutes to Flagler (maiin street) for restaurants and night spots.

Great Location

Right by the beach and close to restaurants and stores. Nice area. House had everything the 10 of us needed with plenty of room. Everyone enjoyed their stay

Last minute getaway

We were supposed to stay at Anna Marie island but the hurricane changed that so I found this place last minute and we all loved it. Very close to the beach and walking distance to everything. We had a great time and we loved or stay.

Family Beach Weekend

We are a long time Myrtle Beach timeshare family, but decided to try something new this year. We loved it so much we are already booking it again for next year. We are big fans of NSB and finding a place next to the beach as well as Flagler is a must. This place checked off all the boxes. We even had some family stay at the near by hotel and it was so close.

Absolutely Amazing

This Townhouse was absolutely perfect!! More than enough room for 8 adults and 1 child. Perfect location for the beach, all the beautiful shops and delicious restaurants. I would totally recommend anyone to stay here and will absolutely be back if in Daytona again!!

Great location and accommodating property

We came for a week long vacation and absolutely loved this property. The property manager was very attentive and responsive. We enjoyed it so much we wish we could have extended the stay. It’s right by Flagler Ave (main shopping strip) and basically on the beach! Highly recommend anyone looking for a enjoyable stay to book them!
