Best yet, Wild Dunes is only 30 minutes from Historic Charleston, 20 minutes from fresh seafood at the many restaurants on Shem Creek where the Charleston fish and shrimp fleet ports, and 15 minutes away from shopping in Mt. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

Family vacation
Unit needs to be updated. Light bulbs need to be changed. Overall a good condo, just needs some updating and TLC. Exterior construction is complete on the other side of the condo building. Hopefully unit is updated once same side is completed.

Seascape 320
We were in the unit from 5/5/23 – 5/10/23. The condo unit overall is very nice, the beach front views were awesome, and it was very enjoyable to sit on the deck and listen to the ocean waves. However, there is an active construction project that is renovating 1/2 of the property. When you are outside on the deck, you can hear the construction going on, but it was tolerable. We arrived after 9PM, and the parking lot was pitch black. The parking lot lights never came on during our stay. Also the exterior lights for the external passage ways to the rooms also never came on. So we needed to use our cell phone flashlights to walk around at night. Then during the first night, the toilet water line in the unit above one of the bathrooms developed a serious leak and dripped all over the toilet in the bathroom. Our rental agency was very responsive and determined that it was the above unit, but needed to coordinate with another rental agency to actually resolve the leak. The leak was resolved by the next day, but then I did need to request to have the bathroom cleaned up. I assumed that would have been an automatically triggered task, but was not. However, when they did clean it up, they actually clean the whole condo, which was a nice touch. Then the next day, there was a lot of construction going on in the unit above us. It made it unbearable to stay in our unit with the drilling, banging and other construction noises. Again, no notice from our rental company that this

The pictures on the website don’t do this property justice. The room was very nice and views are gorgeous !!! The room has everything you need. The only thing I wish is that I stayed longer!!!
