You’ll love this fabulous little house built in 1920, that we’ve TOTALLY remodeled. New kitchen, bathroom, furniture ...everything! It’s the best of both worlds- old home charm w high ceilings & tall baseboards, yet a hip mid century vibe! Professionally decorated to appeal to all those ‘Chip & Joanne fans’. A great back deck to grill & lounge. Close to the downtown restaurants & shopping, race track, the casino, the lake, hiking, world-class mountain-biking trails, and MORE! One small well behaved dog is welcome. Come & rejuvenate!

My family enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect spot and super convenient. We were in town for a dance competition, so it was close to the convention center, which is what we wanted.

We spent a few days in this adorable historic home while we explored Hot Springs for our anniversary. It was so cute and close to everything! The host was very sweet and had the best recommendations. We would definitely stay again.

The house was amazing great location with a nice quiet neighborhood very relaxing and we really enjoyed the text with all the information on places to eat and things to do and see very easy check in and check out highly recommend!!

We are .6 miles from the first downtown Restaurant, which is the beginning of the 'bath row' where all of the restaurants and bathhouses are. Most of our guests comment that it is easily walkable. I'm sorry you did not feel that way. It is listed in my write up that there is only one TV, in the living room, i'm sorry that you did not notice that, we're expecting more.

This was our third time to stay here. It is the perfect size for my daughter and I. Exceptionally clean and easy access to the property. We plan on visiting Hot Springs for my daughter’s birthday. We will definitely stay here!!

Great location if you are planning to visit the national park. Very quick drive to the downtown area with the national park. The donuts a couple blocks away were great, and Taco Mama was worth the short drive.

We chose this neighborhood because it is a charming reclaimed older neighborhood, and a fabulous location between the bath houses and restaurants, the convention center, and the race track/casino! Also right next to the national park, and close to so many outdoor activities as well!
