You will be walking distance to Texas Tech and the stadium. You are also conveniently close to both UMC and Covenant Hospitals. There are 4 parking space available in the driveways. The neighborhood is full of bike paths, walking paths and there are LimeScooters on every corner. Two blocks away, you have J&B Coffee, Capital Pizza, Brulee Bakery, Goodline Brewery/Taproom, and groceries! Families love staying at High Cotton! In town for a sporting tournament? This is the most beautiful neighborhood in Lubbock. You will be sitting right on the beautiful Wagner Park with lots of amenities within walking distance. A block away is another large park where people hangout with their dogs, laze in the sun or gather with all their friends. There are bike paths, walking paths and Lime Scooters on every corner. You couldn't ask for a better neighborhood!
