Beautifully equipped and immaculately maintained for a very comfortable stay in a perfect downtown location. The parking accommodation is a big plus. Our host was extremely attentive to all communications. Great family experience!

Amazing location

Great location for 3 couples. Joe patties just down the street. Awesome waterfront park. Easy walk to downtown.

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful. It was great to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with us having 2 teenage girls and a boy..lol.. It is in a decent location and the beach is not far away. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

This home is beautiful and well maintained. Extremely convenient location in Downtown Pensacola where you can walk to Palafox area for the night life. Several great restaurants in this area to get local seafood, watch your favorite sports and even a swanky whiskey bar or wine bar to just chill and relax. A new park just down the street on the beautiful water to enjoy. We will definitely be back again.

Great location! My son and I ran the Pensacola Half Marathon that started at Wahoo Stadium, just a few blocks away. It’s also an easy walk to Palafox Street. We made a long weekend out of it and had a great time. The house was clean and cute.

The house was tastefully decorated, well equipped and a convenient drive to everything in Pensacola. The neighborhood was very walkable. The front bedroom with the king bed faces a busy street. If you plan on sleeping in that room and you are a light sleeper, I recommend ear plugs. Otherwise, we had no issues and would stay again!

Comfortable and accomodating

Great property that provides a warm, clean, and cozy stay while in Pensacola. The coffee accommodations were nice and host ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location is close to everything. I will absolutely look to stay here in the future!

Wonderful stay

Overall this place was a wonderful stay! The description of the property was accurate- it was very clean. There’s a small access to a small beach across the street but the drive to Pensacola beach was about 20 minutes. A quick walk to many restaurants and things to do!

Great Spot Near Downtown

The Bruce Beach is a nice relaxing spot near Nauti-Cola. Quiet conveniently located near downtown Pensacola. We were able to get to places via Uber quickly. Property Manager was amazing and very helpful in finding places to go, things to do, and where to eat. Overall enjoyable vacation!
