Building 3 was undergoing damage repair from a leaking roof. Construction crews were very considerate of guests. This room has an air conditioning unit that makes regular noise like a clicking. Two beach chairs in the closet were used and found one with a broken back. Loved staying here. Restaurants were all great.

Aloha Garrett, Ratings, are the life blood of hospitality It is a great disappointment when someone says its a great location, everything was as described, they enjoyed their time, gets substantial discount of the true resort cost of a pool side, oceanfront ocean view property. Then give only a four star rating for a five star experience. Harold

We had a great stay at this property. Communication with the host was excellent and the accommodation was lovely with a great view. The resort is beautiful and the restaurant excellent. We enjoyed the nightly live music. There was some construction at the resort but it didn’t detract from our visit. We appreciated the beach chairs. The only thing negative is that there is no lounge chair in the room as indicated in the photos. There is only one small chair to sit on.

Great stay in Kauai

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kauai Beach Resort. Condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, snorkel and mask, and refrigerator. Harold did a great job communicating with us, was available when needed, and even allowed us to check in early. We would stay here again!
