Our spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom haven is perfectly situated between the charming allure of Annapolis and the vibrant energy of Baltimore. Entertain with ease in the open-concept living areas, complete with a gourmet kitchen boasting top-tier appliances and elegant finishes. Retreat to the serene primary suite with its own en-suite bath for ultimate relaxation. During your stay, you'll enjoy easy access to shopping, and a plethora of dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences.
The Space:
Where you will stay:
When you walk into the home, natural light will welcome you into the space creating an energizing atmosphere. On the first floor you will find a dining room and open concept kitchen which lead to a outdoor patio to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail!
The lower level of the house has a living room with a large Roku TV to watch all of your favorite TV shows. Additionally, you will find a game room, ping pong table and back patio complete with a small fire pit that can be used during your stay.
Where you will sleep:
The main level of the house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom comes complete with an en-suite bathroom and king size bed.
There is a full size bathroom that can be shared by the other two bedrooms on the main level of the home. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the
third bedroom has a full size bed.
On the lower level of the home you will find the fourth bedroom that comes with a trundle bed that opens into 2 single beds, providing space for two additional guests. There is also another newly updated full size bathroom on this level.
All of the bedrooms come with extra pillows and bedding for you to use during your stay.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home during your stay
The Neighborhood:
The home is situated in a cul-de-sac.
Getting Around:
The is space to park 2 vehicles in the driveway. Additional parking is available on the street for no additional charge. We kindly ask that you do not black any mailboxes if you are parking on the street.
A car is recommended to get around the area.
Other Things to Note:
Strick quiet hours from 10:00pm-7:00am each day
