Very clean, all pictures as advertised. More than enough space for our family of 6. Plenty of beach gear - chairs, umbrellas, etc (was helpful bc the on beach rentals spot wasn't there our week). Super close to beach, breakfast spots and the country store. Would absolutely stay again.

Great vacation house

The house is open concept which made plenty of space for family meals and games. It was an easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants and activities.

Fenwick Bliss

The home was located one block to the beach and was an excellent condition. The children love the foosball table. It was very modern and there was a TV in every bedroom and almost every room. The outdoor area in the back of the house was lovely. The front porch was cute and we liked to sit out there and watch the cars. We liked having the ability to walk to the local restaurants. One was even BYOB. We also rented bikes to ride on the back rides with the kids. If I messaged the owner, Matt, with a question he would respond right back. I would highly recommend this house!

We had a great stay! Large family friendly and the house had plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect—so close to the beach and made everything really convenient.The house was super clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We honestly have no complaints at all. We had an awesome vacation and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is great. We had our kids and grandkids and there was plenty of room. Property is in great shape! Matt was an excellent host! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

The house is immaculately clean and fully stocked with everything you could need for a Fenwick beach getaway! Sheets, towels, and even beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and toys were available for use at the house. The rooms are equipped with very comfortable queen sized beds, and the bunk beds are full twin sized so fit an adult in a pinch. Matt was communicative and helpful leading up to our rental weekend, and provided a full house guide to answer any lingering questions. My 7 month old nephew had an absolute blast meeting all of his cousins and experiencing the beach for the first time!The house is on coastal highway with access from a side street, but we didn’t hear traffic or experience any noise issues. We had a great family vacation and would absolutely rent again!

Our First Trip to Fenwick Island

We were lucky to find this new house for a last minute trip with friends. The location was excellent! We just had to cross the street each morning for coffee and breakfast and the Beach access was an easy walk with the kids. The owner is great to work with and made our trip worry free! We look forward to returning!
