The house is absolutely beautiful, Brian the host was awesome.We had a Couple problems with the elevater but he was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The property is beautiful and very family friendly. Gwynns Island is a very relaxing, quiet place to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and animal life.

Relaxing Home on the Bay

We stayed in this beautiful, spacious home on Gwynn’s Island for a week during our family reunion this August. The house was perfect for our family group of 11. Located right on the Chesapeake Bay with a beach, fishing jetty, and decks to sit on and enjoy the views, was perfect for our group. We can’t wait to catch back and stay there again.

Gwnn's Island

Beautiful house! It was well equipped and the elevator was very helpful. The host responded to questions quickly. We really enjoyed the water view and walking around the island.

Amazing Views

We were gathering on Gwynn's Island as a family to remember the life of my father-in-law. The home was very comfortable and perfect for us and the elevator was a HUGE plus for my 82-year old mother-in-law. The views are AMAZING. The communication with the host was superb. If you're in Gwynn's Island with your family, I'd highly recommend this property.

Amazing Beachfront Home!!

Where do I start! The home was wonderful, they had thought of everything! From a well stocked kitchen , to beautiful linens! There were beach chairs to take down to the sandy beach where the water was so clear and shallow for a long way out that made the children feel safe. I could go on and on . But weve been coming to Gymn Island for over 10 years and this was our favorite beach house by far!! The whole family can't twait to come back again!!!

Wedding Weekend

Our family of 10 rented this house to be on Gwynns Island for my son’s wedding. It easily accommodated all of us and we were only a five minute drive from son’s house/venue. All the hotels are 20 minutes away and we were so thankful to find a house on the island that could accommodate all of us. The views are amazing. Private beach with dock and the water is clear. The waves were very small and it would be a great place during the summer months for families with small children to introduce them to the water. Beds were comfortable, bathroom and showers were Kitchen has everything one would need to prepare meals. I would stay again

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. House was as advertised and I would even say better! Hosts were very attentive and really take care of their guest. House was spotless and in perfect location to be away from the loud city, but close enough to shopping and grocery stores for it not to be a problem. Beds were comfortable. The house had 2 full kitchens and 2 washer and dryers. There was a great supply of towels, linens, dishes, cookware, and utensils. The host even provides beach chairs, beach umbrellas, corn hole boards, firewood for the fire pit, gas grill, and more. My 16 year old daughter even stated that this needs to be our permanent vacation spot. That we need to return every year. 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths served our family of 8 very well, with lots of room to be together as well as have our own space when we wanted it. Two decks and a patio provided great outside space with the decks providing ocean views. Dont forget this house has an elevator to access all 3 floors! Then there is the Chesapeake Bay. I could go on and on about this. The views were great. There was a dune deck with seating and that led to access to your own private beach. Some days the waves were high enough for the kids to jump, other days it was so calm that you could see mirror images of the kids as they enjoyed the PROVIDED KYACKS! Like I said I cannot say enough things about this great rental property. We will be back!
