Great Stay

Great place to stay but the elevators and parking is really bad. At least resolve the elevator problem.

5 Star Excellent Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay and it was kid family friendly. The space had really nice layouts Overall the only thing I would say maybe could improve is to have beach toys and chairs for guest. We ended up buying some. Also maybe a wagon to haul your bags to and from the condo would be helpful with the garage's proximity. The condo itself was nice, beds were comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. The host was super responsive with any questions we had. I would stay here again.

Great stay

The apartment was great. The size was wonderful on the first floor was nice. It was easy access to everything below restaurants ice cream, etc. the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. If there is anything that would be negative it was the king size bed in the master suite. It was a Tempur-pedic that was, very stiff and rigid. If they were to upgrade to the more plush hotel beds, there will be no negative remarks whatsoever. Other than that bad everything was spectacular.

Laketown Wharf

The condo was very nice and in a great location. Getting an elevator was extremely difficult. We had to take the stairs the majority of our 2 week stay or wait 15-20 minutes to get an elevator. This made it extremely difficult for my father who is in a wheelchair to get to and from the condo. My only complaint about our room was that the kitchen had very little silverware and cups. All in all we had a great 2 week stay in this condo.

LTW alright

Overall the stay was fine. But some issues: Refrigerator door panel was very rusty, as water dispenser tray was broken off and missing, so did not use. Sliding door hard to open. No deadbolt on outside door. Pool water should have been cleared more frequently. Parking is inconvenient.

Please note, the pool water and parking are under operations of Laketown Wharf and are out of our control as hosts of the condo itself. We had to come home a day early because my husband could not walk anymore.

The parking is terrible. No batteries in tv remote. My husband has a bad knee. We had to park way away from room. There were loads of empty parking spaces we were not allowed to park in. Our mattress was wore out. Our tv was messed up. The door was messed up. They had to call a locksmith . We had to wait 2 hours to get back in the room. They did not have luggage cart. All in all it was a disaster.
