Owners were very responsive both before and during the stay. Found issues before we arrived and addressed them quickly. Room was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. Top tier host.

Smooth process from start to finish! Excellent communication from the host and the condo was super clean. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our much needed trip! Will definitely stay again.

It was very nice! The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. The view was awesome! The hosts were great! Will definitely be staying there again.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. Great view and location. Loved having a contactless check-in/out. Enjoyed all the amenities this resort had to offer. Parking garage across the street was easy to get in and out of. The air-conditioned sky bridge is definitely a plus to be able to safely “cross” the street and get to Starbucks Didn’t try the bar located in the sky bridge, but the pool side bar had great drinks and great customer service. Would stay again. Owners are very friendly.

Perfect Place for the Perfect Vacation 10/10

The condo was great, but what really stood out was how amazing the property owners were—so responsive, kind, and patient with all my questions. You could tell they really cared about making the stay easy and enjoyable.The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-organized—perfect to come back to, even though we were out and about most of the time. The resort had everything we needed: easy beach access, super clean pools with frozen cocktails that hit the spot, and a fun game area that kept the teens busy and happy.Also loved that we could walk to grab food or quick essentials—huge plus.If we come back to PCB, this one’s a no-brainer. Definitely staying on our go-to list!

The apartment description should be much clearer. It says it has "Living Room 1" with a sofa bed and "Living Room 2" with three twin beds. I actually rented it thinking it had two bedrooms. If the description had been accurate, I would not have booked it because the price was quite high for just a one-bedroom apartment. I saw much nicer one-bedroom apartments for less.The apartment wasn't extremely dirty, but it also wasn't as clean as I expected. The ceiling fans have what looks like years of accumulated dust, which is especially concerning since my son has allergies. The bedroom has a very dirty carpet with an unpleasant smell, something I also didn't notice when I booked. I still don't understand why someone would install carpet in a beach rental when there are cleaner and less expensive flooring options available.The towels were old and had colors that made them look dirty. Overall, the apartment is spacious, and the ocean view is definitely its best feature. However, if I owned an Airbnb like this, I would pay much more attention to the details and do my best to create the best possible experience for my guests in such a beautiful location.

Outstanding

The condo owner Barry went above and beyond to ensure we had a great visit. The condo was beautiful well maintained and had a feel of being at home. The view was breath taking with also great restruarants in the area we did not need our car. Clean and comfortable

The condo is well taken care of-very clean and comfortable. It is a nice size for a family vacation. Spacious for relaxing, cooking and eating. Do bring items you wouldn't normally think to pack- your own shampoo, soap, toliet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, etc. The only negative per-say is that we couldn't use the upper bunk-bed as it was damaged before our arrival. We had picked this unit/resort because of the bunks so this was disappointing. It was communicated that it was going to be fixed during our stay, though unfortunately it wasn't and this wasn't communicated. The "chair" pull out bed is very uncomfortable as well.

Thank you for staying in our home away from home. We do try to supply enough toiletries, trash bags and paper supplies to get everyone started. We always try let our guest know that you may need additional supplies for longer stays and larger families as their is no daily maid service. The upper bracket that broke on the safety rail was replace but unfortunately had to be special ordered and was replaced. Many beds don't even have this safety feature on them and are still be slept in. I did want to point it out to you before check in so you were aware. The pullout chair is a 7th sleeping spot and is equivalent to a roll-away sleeping cot. I am glad you enjoyed your stay overall and hope you will stay again soon.

This condo was so cute and comfy. We had 3 adults and 4 teenagers and everyone slept comfy. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous. Check- In/ Check-Out was so simple. We definitely want to come back and enjoy another stay here.

Overall everything was great and I recommend the unit! Some of the silverware and glassware and plates seemed a little old/worn, but other than that it’s a great unit! We loved staying there!

Gorgeous views, great resort, clean and updated

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice, updated and very clean. The balcony view of the beach was gorgeous and the pools were large and there were daily activities for the kids at the pool area!
