My 6 day stay ended up being almost 3 weeks. The host was wonderful working with me, She provided additional supplies when needed. Even coffee! With my extended stay I used the laundry room quite a bit which was so convenient. I love to cook and this place had better cookware and supplies than any previous rentals I have had. Even had a spice drawer!Bed extremely comfortable. Great experience.

The unit was very clean and as advertised. The host was very communicative and prompt to answer questions. It suited our purpose, as we just slept there, however we weren’t crazy about the location.

I would have loved to be able to leave a better review/rating but unfortunately their were too many hiccups and disturbances to allow that. The host, Kayden, was very accommodating and friendly. We were able to check in early and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. The inside was very clean and had everything you could need. The building itself was as expected however being a mom traveling alone with 2 kids I do wish the neighborhood was a little better. During our second night we were woken up in the middle of the night by tons of commotion and people drag racing and drifting through the streets. Shortly after, at 2:15 am, I heard the front door unlock and ran out to see the host entering the property. Shocked they immediately apologized, exited, and locked the door again. My kids were terrified and we were all left awake wondering what exactly was happening. A short time later the entire building was surrounded with cop cars, at least 10 officers got out and broke up the commotion outside. My kids and I packed up and left at 3:30 am to start our long drive home. I do want to mention, I don't believe there was any mallice or ill-intentions on the hosts behalf. Kayden expressed sincere apologies many times after and immediately offered and sent a full refund.

I sincerely apologize again for your experience. I take great pride in providing guests with a safe, comfortable, and welcoming stay, and I’m truly sorry that your visit was disrupted by the events that night. Regarding my accidental entry, I take full responsibility. It was an unacceptable mistake, and I immediately apologized and issued a full refund because I understood the impact it had on you and your family. Since then, I have implemented a strict verification procedure that I follow before ever accessing a property, ensuring this cannot happen again. I appreciate your kind words about my communication, the cleanliness of the home, and the early check in. I truly regret that your stay ended this way, and I wish you and your family all the best.

I was looking for a place where I could get some concentrated writing down while still being in proximity to restaurants & coffee shops, and this place was perfect for that. As the ad promises, it is a quiet area - and per purposes of my trip the desk size was perfect :D. It also has an excellently stocked kitchen, and I at large felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The check-in instructions were very clear & everything was easy to find. I thus didn’t need to contact Kay much, but whenever I did she was quick to respond. Thank you for such a great spot!
