This two-bedroom unit located on the 7th floor of Tower 4 faces the gulf with views of the water and beach from anywhere in the unit. You are just three minutes from the unit doorway to the Lifestyle Center, the gateway to the infinite pools and Adventure Cove for the kids.

Custom, high-quality furnishings and colors carefully selected by interior designer David Crass. Uncluttered by design in favor of more space for you and your family.

Both bedrooms feature ceiling fans and direct entry to the balcony. Floor-to-ceiling light-blocking drapes offer a great sleeping environment.

The living room includes a sofa that doubles as a sleeper and an entertainment center with a 75" smart flat TV, coordinated with a Bose sound system. 1/8” (mini) input provided for your iPod.

Master bedroom has a king-size Simmons Beautyrest mattress, 50" flatscreen TV. Two sinks and closets in the bathroom with shower and jaccuzi bathtub.

Guest bedroom has a 50" flatscreen TV. Bathtub and shower. Door access to balcony.

Internet can be accessed by Wi-Fi or directly with ethernet connection.

Like to see a sunset at the beach? Go to the beach anytime with the two, light-weight, reclining beach chairs provided for you. If you don’t want to join the crowd at the central infinity pool area, then sneak off to your personal tower pool and hot tub for exclusive privacy.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

We needed a last minute getaway and this condo was perfect! The unit faces the ocean and we enjoyed the view every morning while having coffee. Numerous supplies, great property, fantastic communication with host. We’ll definitely be back!

I have stayed at Portofino several times and this unit is nice. The views are amazing, clean & safe. Walk to beach across the street in a block total. Well stocked kitchen, hangars, hairdryer and extra blanket. Checking in this unit was the smoothest I have had for Portofino. Nice gym. TJ was great. Hope to be back soon.

Room with a View 🌟🌟🌟

TJ, the owner, was communicative and accommodating and even allowed for an early check in. The property and condo looked exactly as they did in the photos on VRBO. The condo was clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Family vacation

We loved our stay at Portofino. Beautiful clean resort. Beach is gorgeous and not crowded. We enjoyed the sea doos and e-bikes as a part of the adventure package. 100% recommend!

Great place, great owner.

Great view, easy check in and Portfolio has everything you need. Restaurant, bar, shops and the beach is right across the street. Communication with the owner is easy and he responds right away.

A Paradise

It was one of our best beach trips, without a doubt! The condo was great! Accommodations was also very good. You have pretty much everything that you'll need in the condo. The pools were great, too! We are going back, for sure! TJ is a great host! If you are looking for a beach trip, don't hesitate to give Portofino Island Resort in Pensacola Beach a try. It's the best place in town.

Portofino Vacay

This condo unit in the Portofino Island resort was excellent. It was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is extra large and can be accessed by sliders in both bedrooms and the living room which is fantastic! The owner, TJ, is very responsive to questions and any concerns. I mentioned a concern with a coffee machine and a new one was delivered into the condo the next day- awesome!! Not only all if the above , the view is spectacular!

Beautiful property and condo!

This condo is in a great location close to everything but nice and quiet! The condo is exactly as it appears and the view from the balcony is much better in person! Great stay! Will be back!

Beautiful Ocean View Condo

We had a wonderful time at Portofino - a lovely resort!! Everything you need!

The owner is wonderful- so accommodating and nice! Everything we asked for was granted- and he responded back within minutes!! A great resort for families, all everyone . We would def/ stay again!! Beautiful Condo. Thank you TJ!!

Slice of heaven

TJ and his condo were everything we were needing! I was worried about staying in this tower as we wanted to be by the beach but ended up thinking it was the best tower to be in since it was closest to the activity center and food/drinks. This unit had it all too! TJ was very prompt in his communication and helpful in anyway he could be! Will come back to both Portofino and this unit!! Thank you TJ!

Fabulous place!

My family and I had a spectacular time! The condo and view was outstanding. TJ, our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The facility and amenities were more than we expected. We will be back! Beautiful place for a family vacation!

Great place

We loved our time here. Been before and this was one of the most comfortable units we’ve ever rented. Owner was extremely easy to deal with and get in touch with. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Beaches and Seashore Nearby

The complex was very nice. We ate at both restaurants and enjoyed the seashore across the street. We especially enjoyed swimming at the National Seashore minutes up the road. Having a kitchen and laundry area inside the condo was indispensable. We were able to pack light and wash and dry our clothing and beach towels without worry. The master bed was uncomfortable, as was the sofa bed. The guest bed was ok. The shower heads in both baths were not great, but livable. We enjoyed the lanai but found it narrow and lacking a breeze, so it got a bit warm. Also, not enough chairs for our party of 4. All in all, we would stay here again and TJ was kind and accommodating. Wish we could bottle the weather we had during our stay and bring it home!

Great resort!

Property was great! A few things that could be upgraded or fixed tho was couch bed needs looked at it sinks in toward the back of the couch so your feet were above your head but daughter said it was very comfortable! Both shower heads were complete crap absolutely no water pressure at all! Loved staying here great place wish we had done the activities pass will be back to do it definitely!

Family vacation , had a wonderful time . One problem cooktop did not work but was fixed right away .

Great but need new sofa sleeper , not able to sleep on it 2 had to sleep on couch ! Very bad .

Situated Just Right

This place is nice as it can be. This unit's balcony faces the gulf. In the summer evenings the sun is not shining on the balcony and that makes a great place to relax! I would imagine in the winter when the sun is in the south, the sun will be shining on the balcony, the north winds blocked and a again a great place to be.
