20th floor 2nd Tower Views of both the Gulf & the Sound East Facing Highrise

Welcome to the Morning Star. This was named that because it faces due East towards Navarre Beach. This condo we have managed for close to a decade and it has MANY 5 star reviews !! This is a two bedroom 2.5 bath condo located on the 20th floor out of 21 in tower two located in the beach resort of Portofino . We consistently get 5 star reviews . This sleeps 6 MAX including children !! There is a king bed, a queen and a pull out sofa bed.

Please check the event page at the Portofino Resort at Portofino Island . com for events that may be scheduled during your stay BEFORE you book !! THIS YEAR 2025 the Christian Youth conference is June 7-13th if you don't like crowds, this is not the time to book as the whole complex will be full.

I highly suggest buying travel insurance at the time of booking to insure your trip against unexpected cancellations and see what it covers when you buy it . We do NOT advertise on Craigslist FYI ! We work for a handful of owners and manage a handful of units you are NOT booking through a big vacation company . This place is stocked well compared to your average vacation rental. I want you to bring your food drinks and luggage not have to lug a extra box full of toilet paper and cleaning supplies or laundry detergent this is provided for along with a lot of other extras that make this place feel like a home not a vacation rental . There are at least 4 beach towels . There is an optional beach chair service but any beach chairs or beach items in the condo you are free to use. Both bath rooms have blowdryers so one less thing to pack.

Amenity fee: What is that ? The amenity fee include the use of the resorts multiple pools , Jacuzzis and exercise equipment none of that goes to the owner of this condo it’s just a required fee to check in it is $80 plus tax to check in and then it is an additional $25 per day . That is included in this quote . I just wanted to make this clear that it is required fee for use of the facilities at Portofino .

There is a strict rule that this is a maximum of six people. I must actually make a reservation with Portofino once you book this through home away/Vrbo .So after you book this I will be asking you for your address and the names in your party so that I can fill in the form I must fill-in so that when you check into this resort it is effortlessly .

The actual layout of this two bedroom 2 1/2 bath unit is pretty much the same as all the ones at at Portofino you have a living room , a fully stocked and equipped kitchen, master bedroom with a king size bed all bedrooms and living room with fabulous views towards Navarre Beach as this condo faces East . The second bedroom with a queen size bed ,both bathrooms have a full tub and shower the master bath also has a separate shower and a jetted Jacuzzi tub there is also a half bath with a toilet for use of guests.

There is an electric grill outside on the roomy large wide patio. There are very few condos that have grills Portofino and a few other complexes on the island have grills most don’t simply because of a liability issue obviously no gas or charcoal but Portofino does equip some but not all of their condominiums with electric grills.

As far as rules you must be 25 years old to book this place . You can not book this underage using your mothers card... you have to be 25 years old to rent and the person booking 25 years or older has to be on premise . There is a strictly a no smoking in the condo there is an ashtray provided for on the outside balcony. These are pretty much rules that all condos have but I have to go over with anybody that books a reservation.

This particular tower that this condo is located at is tower to tower two and is near the lifestyle center the lifestyle center is a very short walk and that is where the main pool ,as well as restaurants and bars as well as a indoor pool and workout facility.

The actual beach is located across the street all five towers of Portofino you do have to cross the street to get to the gulf of Mexico this condo is best checked out if you watch the video which I have uploaded and it’s under pictures because of video says more than pictures could ever say.
