Excellent host. Super clean home, close to the beach, everything in the description was just as described!! Will definitely book again next time we are in the area!! And also close to our favorite places: Tacky Jacks & Adventure Island!!

Was not able to check in on time due to property not being ready at 4 pm. Host very responsive. Overall the property was quite loud at night with traffic so close on highway. We did enjoy our stay.

We had a great time staying here with friends. The house was perfect for all ages - with a small pool, baby gates, a crib, and a fun bunk room. We will be back!

Very nice upscale vacation home. Everything was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for friends to gather and enjoy one another. Easy access to the beach but it's more than 20 steps to the boardwalk from Bluffs 10. We would book again! Maintenance was quick to respond when the elevator acted up after losing electricity due to storms.

Beauty at Orange Beach

This is a wonderful property for a large family! Very luxurious and right on the beach! The only complaint is the lack of dressers in the three 3rd floor bedrooms, but that did not keep us from having a wonderful stay.

Perfect beach stay

The home and all of its amenities were so luxurious. This was a great home for a big group and had everything you would need for any age range. They had a beautiful baby bed and additional dishware available for children. And the elevator was perfect for those unable to use the stairs.

Fall Break

The Bluffs were absolutely beautiful with plenty of room to accommodate ten of us. The beach access was quick and simple with only a small crowd in the area. Right next door is a beautiful outdoor bar and restaurant which was perfect to grab lunch/dinner and drinks. The only complaints are comfort of the pillows and trouble with the Keurig coffee maker. Overall, this is an absolutely fabulous place to stay.

Bluff 10

Very clean. Very comfortable. Kitchen had many appliances and utensils needed. Close to beach. Pool was great, however, not heated and a bit chilly. Still used it every day. Very close to beach and very close to great restaurant. Only complaint is the traffic noise outside. Still, we had a great time! Thanks so much!!

The location of this property definitely has pros and cons. It is located right next to a very busy highway and intersection in Orange Beach. The noise from emergency response vehicles, trash trucks, and people wanting to rev up their engines does not make for a relaxing stay. It is located close to shopping areas, next to Coastal Restaurant, and has easy, close distance to beach with private access. This is a four story house with a small elevator and several flights of stairs. This location is not advisable for the elderly or those with ambulatory disabilities. The bedroom with 3 bunk beds on each side of the room creates a safety hazard for whomever sleeps on the top bunks due to the ceiling fan could injure someone. There are no dressers for clothes in the bedrooms. This has not been our favorite vacation residence for the cost. We did utilize rentals through BabyQuip, and the service from Courtney was excellent. No mention of a crib on the property description either. The pool area is small but nice. The parking garage is more narrow on this property and difficult to get in and out of your car when parked inside covered area.

Loved the house; couple small issues

The house was excellent and communication from the mgt team was great. Only two issues - elevator got stuck at midnight; we were told the property had no icemaker & no safety gates. It turns out that they did have these (good), but we brought gates and ladies were stressing about not having tubs. Overall, we loved and look forward to going back
