Good-value vacation property

The best part of the stay here is the beach and 2-bedroom suite. The only negative is lack of a restaurant on the site.

Great place with plenty of room

Great snorkeling right of the beach at hotel, with several morays. Pack water shoes or you’ll get an urchin to the foot. Would stay again

Vacation

Very nice place, the bathrooms could use a update, but the layout is very comfortable for 2 families.

Great time in Kauai

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 4. The property was immaculate, apartment was really clean and had everything we needed for meal prep and a few loads of laundry. The beach was a short walk away and the outdoor barbecues were extremely well maintained for cooking. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful at all times. We will be back to stay here again!!!

Island Paradise

This was our second time to stay at this property this year. We love the location and property amenities. You are steps away from the beach. The two bedroom two bath unit is nicely furnished. The Waiohai has everything to offer to make your stay Aloha perfect. The booking agency is fabulous with close contact and prompt communication. We loved our stay.

Absolutely perfect!!!

First time visit with family of tweens/teens. Beautiful grounds, exceptionally clean and accommodating and available via text or room phone for any needed supplies! Only thing was Wi-Fi didn’t function well for phone calls inside the rooms.

Just Perfect!

We loved our stay here. It was perfect for everything we wanted. 2 king beds. Great kitchen area. Large table. Washer/Dryer. Nice pool areas with hot tubs. Right on the beach. Plenty of space to relax outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. We definitely want to come back one day.

Enjoyed our trip

So nice being close to the beach. Stayed in Hale 4 and had a lower level garden view. At first I had hoped for closer to the beach but this was perfect for my daughter and I. It was quiet and private, just a short walk down to where the action was. Walked to the beach at 8.00am around the corner to Poipu Beach shallow area, nice and calm for snorkeling. One night we watched 10 sea turtles swim up for their nightly snooze and a few were still there the next morning. Passed a sleepy monk seal a few morning and all are very protected by orange cones so not to be disturbed. We will be back 🌴

Perfect Location

We were in Kauai to attend a wedding hosted in close proximity to the Waiohai. We love this property. The property is beautifully maintained and has an array of amenities. The grounds are gorgeous and views are delightful. You can walk a short distance to see hono ‘s as they come to shore every evening and morning. We loved our unit which was located in Hale 5 toward the back of the property. We had a nice garden view. We highly recommend this property and management was attentive and responsive. We had no issues at all during our stay. Mahalo!

Perfect location for family vacation

The property was great. It is perfectly located on one of the best beaches on the island. The room was spotless and clean and the service from all of the resort staff was top-notch. If you were looking for a two bedroom two bathroom condo on the south part of the island he will not be disappointed here. I would highly recommend.

Nebraskans in Hawaii

This property is very clean and comfortable. There is a great deal of activities. My only problem with this resort is that the bar and food stopped serving at 7pm. Also, the market place closed at 4 the whole week we were there. Otherwise this is a great place!!

The accommodations were very nice and roomy. We enjoyed our stay.

Your listing states it is a beach front property. The one we rented was as far away as we could get from the beach and all the pools. The resort is beach front but not the property we rented. When I questioned this I was told that I requested a garden view villa. I did not. I was never asked. I just assumed we would have an ocean view based on your property listing. I recommend you change your listing. Also the resort does not have a QR reader so we had to log in to the Hawaii safe travel website and retrieve our QR code’s again so the clerk could see it. This wasted a lot of time.

Hi Irene, Thank you for staying with us. I am sorry to hear of the trouble with the QR reader at check-in. The front desk is navigating the best ways to comply with the Hawaii travel rules. The property is beach front as you can see in the pictures, the property has direct access to the beach. Per the listing description and house rules, unit location on property is assigned at check-in. As you mentioned, we didn't receive a request for any specific unit during your booking process. We welcome are guests to reach out to us with any questions or requests during the booking process.

Barely an ocean view

Property as expected. Price high for this property. Barely an ocean view. But food at the only eating establishment was good. Resort was not crowded. Jade, the concierge was above and beyond arranging outside activities.
