Casa Mar, Your home away from home. Located on Andrews Island or also known as the North Florida Keys. We are conveniently located near cruise line port, Jacksonville Zoo and Jacksonville International Airport. Have a cookout on the patio and relax in the pool with ocean views. Sit on the dock and watch the mesmerizing sunsets. Keep your camera out as you capture the sea life in the back yard especially the views of dolphins swimming in the distance.

Clean comfortable location

Well maintained, clean and amazing views. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and plenty of parking. Would highly recommend staying here.

St. Paddy Family Visit

Great place that is centrally located to the Jacksonville area. Close to the Tincuan trailhead and many attractions. House has pretty much all you need with a scenic view.

We had a wonderful stay at Casamar while moving our son into Jacksonville University. Check-in was a breeze in our little home away from home. Joseph was quick to respond and was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. Casamar was very clean, had amazingly comfortable beds and a perfect place to enjoy coffee and river wildlife in the mornings (including dolphins). We were able to cool off in the crystal clear pool as well and that was an added bonus to the amenities! Thank you so much for letting us use your home Joseph! We hope to stay again when visiting our son in the winter months!

Picture perfect!

Our family needed a place to stay for a competition at Jacksonville Sporting Clay Range. This house was the absolute perfect location! My son loved being able to fish off the dock! I was able to lounge by the pool and read a book in our down time. We will definitely book this location again!

Our stay was wonderful. The host was very attentive. He provided all details and was very easy to stay in contact with. The property was right on the water, relaxing, and as described on VRBO. We will definitely stay there again.

Amazing place

Oh my goodness the first thing we have to say is the place smelled so amazing that I’m definitely contacting them to get their secrets for my house. The house was so beautifully set up and clean. The house has such wonderful accommodations something for every person that could enter whether a single couple or family of four. We will definitely be staying again and recommending to all our family and friends. The pool was Awesome so well kept up and not to chlorinated. The view from the master bedroom is spectacular. Love this place.

Great location

The location was close to downtown and the beaches. The dock provided a nice place to sit and fish. Overall, the home was perfect and very accommodating. I would definitely rent the property again.

We Loved Casa Mar!!

We had an amazing family vacation. The dock was wonderful, fishing, sunsets, dolphins and the view was beautiful. Our family loved it. The back yard was amazing and the family and kids loved it. The location was so close to everything, Kingsley plantation, Hugenot State Park and Nassau Sound! We will definitely be back at the Casa Mar. Thank you for letting our family enjoy your home for our vacation.

Island life

We were delighted with this charming home! It has 3 spacious bedrooms with a living room and fireplace! Plenty of parking. The backyard had so much to offer. A dock on the canal with abundant wildlife. Joseph answered any questions we ask.We would love to book it again. Thrilled we got a chance to be there. Convenient to everything .

Birthday Trip

We booked this trip so my oldest who is stationed at Mayport could be a part of the birthday celebration for her youngest brother. The house was perfect! The ones that wanted to fish enjoyed fishing off the dock; I enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets in the dock and watching the dolphins & birds. We will definitely be staying again the next time we have the opportunity!

Comfortable Stay

We had a very comfortable stay at this location. The dolphin watching was amazing, they really came in much closer than expected. We fished from the dock and caught some nice reds and tripletail along with some speckled trout. The property owner was extremely accommodating due to the circumstances of hurricane Milton. For our needs the location was perfect and we would certainly stay here again. Much better than wasting money on hotels. Thank you again, Joseph, for your impeccable hospitality.
