Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom house in Jacksonville. Just minutes to the beach. Centrally located to lots of activities and attractions, including the Everbank Stadium, home of the Jaguars. This phenomenal property offers a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed for a comfortable stay. With amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine, guests can unwind in this soothing space. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a bidet and shower for added convenience. We have outdoor security camera focusing on the driveway and the back gate leading to the golf course. The fireplace is not available for use. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Very relaxing and quiet streets. Well kept landscape and extremely clean home.Hostess always prompt and provided accurate information to our inquiries.My invited guests were comfortable sleeping and that was important to me. Definitely plan to stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed our time in the beautiful back yard! The house was very clean and comfortable. Our son loved playing with all the childrens toys. We would book this rental again when visiting Jacksonville.

We enjoyed our time here at this home. The neighborhood was quiet, and the house was spotless! We liked sitting on the back porch and watching the golfers and airplanes. It was one of the best-stocked rentals I've ever seen--lots of touches to make it feel like home. The host was helpful and responsive. We appreciate her sharing her home with us!

We had a 2 night stay for our daughter’s surprise engagement on Atlantic Beach. The house had absolutely everything and anything you might need to feel at home! We absolutely enjoyed the house and host!Spotless clean and comfortable!

I had an amazing stay at this house rental! The home was spotless, comfortable, and truly had everything you could possibly need for a stay away from home. The location was incredibly convenient, as this was a golf week with my friend. Close to everything while still being peaceful and relaxing.One of the highlights of the week was Wednesday and Thursday nights at Blue Sky’s clubhouse, where Southeast Holdem hosted FREE poker nights. I had such a great time meeting people, enjoying the atmosphere, and making my stay even more memorable. Winning helped!Another reason for my trip was to search for a home in Florida, and I was so fortunate to meet Brenda Chandler Brickman. Brenda was absolutely wonderful to work with — professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Thanks to her, I found the perfect Florida home! Hope they accept my offer!I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Kaye for sharing your home with me.

Was a beautiful property. Was very quiet and relaxing. Loved sitting on the back deck and watching planes land and take off. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes tranquility.
