Cute property that was a bike ride away from the beach and easily accessible to many restaurants. We stayed a week and there was plenty of space for us to work and relax without intruding on each other. Thomas and Katie were amazing hosts and easy to talk to. We would stay here again!

House was overall clean, supplied with all types of amenities. Family enjoyed playing pool and close proximity to beach and surrounding shops and restaurants. Would definitely book for future visits.

Great location and accessibility to beach. The home was perfect for our group and had an open comfortable floor plan. We enjoyed biking to the beach and local restaurants.

My brothers and I rented this place for our retreat. It was perfect. The host was amazing and had the opportunity to meet them and had a great conversation with them. Walking distance to the beach, very quiet and clean

My family and I stayed here so I could go to The Mayo clinic and have surgery. Convenient location to the beach and Mayo. Very clean Vrbo. My family enjoyed the pool table and spacious home so the kids didn’t feel crammed at all. Very thoughtful lobby table with places to eat around the area. We hope to come back again just for some R&R and beach time and under better circumstances. Overall this place is a gem.

This location was perfect. The neighbors were awesome. The children played with our children as if we actually lived there. Stores, beach, restaurants, etc where with 5 minutes away. The home was very cozy and clean. We enjoyed grilling, playing pool, and fishing. Would differently rent again.

We were celebrating our daughter’s college graduation from UNF. The house was perfect and the host was terrific. You can really feel a sense of community in the neighborhood as well. Overall great stay!

Great property and great owners

We only had a short stay, but will definitely stay here again. It’s close proximity to the beach, the home is clean and well-kept, and the owners are close by if you need anything at all during your stay. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay

This was a great property. The billiard room was a great plus in bad weather and the bikes and proximity to the beach were a hit when the weather improved. Property owner was very responsive, we will definitely stay here again!
