Enjoy the sunrise or sunsets from your balcony or watch the dolphins romp in the Gulf of Mexico. This gulf-front condo has new tile! The Leeward 2 building has a new roof and stucco! Free WIFI

Such a great spot for a mother daughter vacation! Walking distance to a bunch of spots, incredible beach, super cute place to stay. We highly enjoyed our week here and can’t wait to return!

Great location. The condo was well equipped. Walk or ride bikes to restaurants and Seaside. Quick access to the beach. We would stay here again.

We’ve stayed at the property multiple times over the years and you just can’t beat the location. We enjoy walking to the local establishment and dining options. The new decking looks great and Donna always has detailed instructions for her guest.

Everything was amazing! The view was breathtaking. Our family travels to the Seagrove area at least twice a year. This has by far been our favorite place to stay! We will be staying here again in the future. I’m sad to leave!

We absolutely loved our stay! The views were breathtaking and the ease of access to the beach was a huge perk! The condo was clean and decorated so cute! We did run into a few small hiccups with some construction being conducted at the condo but Donna provided excellent communication every step of the way. The construction crew was also great in accommodating us.

Seriously a wonderful place. Donna was very timely and helpful when needed for questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better location! Thank you Donna for opening up your home to us! Having coffee on the deck with the view every morning isn’t a memory to be forgotten.

Beautifully renovated condo and decorated with a great beachy theme! The views are amazing! This condo is very well equipped in the kitchen— more than any other we have rented! I will admit , I’m a clean freak and this condo far exceeded my expectations!!!! We’ve rented in Sea Grove beach for the last 16 years and this unit is the best one of all. I did need to contact the host/manager for a small detail and I had a very prompt response . Great condo, great experience!!!!!! We look forward to renting this condo again!!!

Returning customer. That says a lot! Always expect cleanliness throughout. Towels are very white and enough for numerous days’ stay. The view! Beach chairs & umbrella easily accessible to rent directly in front of beach. We love the 3rd floor (highest) not only for the views but no one is above us. This place has become a yearly retreat. We just love it!

“My son and i truly loved watching the sunrise and sunset—they were some of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. Seeing a dolphin swim by was such a sweet surprise, and on our last day, we even caught a glimpse of stingrays near the shore.”

This was our 4th year staying at Donna's place. It feels like our summer home away from home at this point. You truly can't beat the location. My kids are older teens/young adults and this condo building doesn't typically have a lot of young kids so it's pretty chill, quiet and laidback. Because the building is 9 units, the private beach is usually not crowded at all. This year, I did notice people from neighboring buildings setting up and renting chairs at Leeward II's beach so I don't know if this is a new thing or not, but one day, over 20 people from other condos came over and set up. It's always been no shade canopies allowed but these people set them up so I'm not sure if that's also a new thing that's allowed. Just a heads up that you may or may not be able to set up shade canopies. In years' past, it's been very strict. For local fare, try Seagrove Village Market. The food is excellent! It's now valet parking only though so just know that going in. The condo has all the kitchen essentials (blender, coffee pot, etc) but be sure to bring your own seasonings, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels, etc. The master bed is so comfy and we slept so well. Enjoy the view off the balcony. It's gorgeous! Thank you Donna!!
