Great place to stay and convenient to food. We loved staying here. My only suggestion is less stuff in hallway.

Pretty view and nice location

We really enjoyed the view and location of this condo. It was so nice to have the beach available right in front of the condo as the beach access areas get very crowded. Seaside and restaurants are close. I definitely recommend this unit it is small but is a great use of space with a beautiful view. The vaulted ceilings help it feel bigger.

My Happy Place

3rd or 4th visit & still Love it! Past reviews remain same. Peaceful, rejuvenating & the area is just chill. The water was awesome even tho some thought beach was cold. Nope! Will be back!

Great Condo on the Beach

The condo was really nice with a deck overlooking the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable. The owner was very prompt in responding to my questions. The location was on a quiet street off of 30A with proximity to Grayton Beach, Seaside, Alys and Rosemary Beaches and restaurants. There were several restaurants within walking distance of the condo. Very nice place to relax and recharge.

Perfect Place on the Beach!

We absolutely loved our stay. It is such the perfect town. It is relaxing but close enough to other cities that are full of stuff to do at night.

Great place to stay!

Have visited seaside area consistently for the last 15 years and the value and view of this place is incredible. The access to beach and unit is incredible.
