Fantastic week on the beach

Great place, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for the week. Well furnished kitchen, comfortable beds, great communication from owner and great location. We will be back!

Beautifully decorated and fully furnished condo. Quick and easy access to the beach. Owner responsive and easy to work with. Great vacation property on 30A!

Excellent location

Property was roomy and perfect for 3 kids. Publix is close and everything you need to cook and store is available. The two huge balconies and sliding doors make for a lovely sound with the ocean waves. We felt the location was the perfect distance from busy seaside yet close enough to enjoy seaside shopping and dining.

Great location, great accommodations, great beach!

THE most comfortable mattresses my son and I have ever slept on!! In both bedroom! Shared spices and a few common condiments make it nice. Replenished by leaving remaining DW pods, fabric sheets, and laundry detergent!! Beach access is awesome!! Great communication with owner!

Very nice place

Came with 4 teenagers & had plenty of room. The beach is a1 minute or less walk from the condo. Great views from the second and third floor balcony. Beach store is right across the street if you run out of anything. Kitchen is well stocked. Bathrooms are updated. Everything very clean. Had a wonderful stay

Perfect location. Beautifully furnished. Spacious. Clean. The fact that there were basics in the kitchen like condiments and spices is such a small but HUGE touch. “Use and replace”. Will definitely look to rent again.

Well-equipped, clean, attractive townhouse

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, spacious townhouse. It's not on the beach, faces the pool and gulf can be seen (and heard) in the distance. The property is well-equipped with everything needed in the kitchen (including a bin of spices), and there are books, games, DVDs, etc. The WiFi could be better -- very spotty -- but otherwise we were pleased with this unit and enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful family vacation!

We loved everything about our family vacation to Seagrove beach and this condo was a big part of making it so great. We loved being able to walk a minute to the beach and we spent much of our time playing in the ocean and sand. The pool was also fantastic and we enjoyed late afternoons playing there and getting to know other guests in neighboring condos. The condo accommodations were perfect for our family. The decorations were lovely, the kitchen has everything we needed to prepare meals while we were there. The location was close to many of the different beachside communities like Seaside, Watercolor, Greyton, Seacrest, etc. We hope to vacation in Seagrove again and would check this condo first for availability - it was that great!

Perfect home away

We were two moms from Texas looking for a "mommy break" and we got just what we wanted. Our stay at Emerald Escape was absolutely beautiful in every way! The owners have thought of everything! Quality furnishings, great books, movies, games, etc. Location is exceptional and the pics do not do it justice as it is very spacious. It was also spotless! Beds were very comfortable! Slept like a baby. In anticipation of returning with my husband and children, I tested one of the bunk beds and it also was comfortable and large enuff for a teen/adult. I could go on and on, but will simply say do not hesitate to stay here. You will not be disappointed. We look forward to staying again!

Beautiful condo at my fav beach!!

Beautifully decorated condo with incredibly comfortable mattresses. Overlooking the well maintained pool and just a short walk to the beach. The owner has considered every amenity including isolating fans with noise makers, a magnifying makeup mirror, games, dvds. I wish one or two bikes would’ve been included, but that in no way would prevent me from staying here again. We were told the WiFi isn’t always reliable, but it was never an issue as long as the TV cabinet stayed open. The condo is a short bike ride into Seaside, as well as several restaurants and Subway is directly across the street. The condo/driveway sits directly on 30A and we were worried about the noise from the road, but you couldn’t hear anything from inside. We loved everything about this condo!

Cute and Comfy

Our family enjoyed this unit. Location was very convenient to the beach. Having access to the garage was also very helpful when dealing with beach gear. The condo is in great shape and very comfortable.

A Great Place To Stay!

This property is clean, inviting and had everything we needed! The spacious balconies overlook the pool with visible Gulf Views and were the perfect place to relax when not on the beach. The beach was a short walk through a gated entrance and it is a private section just for Emerald Hills guests. We met several other families staying at the condos so it is very family oriented. If you are considering this property and you can navigate stairs, I would say "Do It". I am glad I did and would not hesitate to go again.

Paradise on 30-A!

Fabulous poolside condo with easy access and just steps to beach. Very clean, airy and spacious. Well appointed and decorated with nice appliances. Great space with two full floors, big kitchen, dining and living room areas. Very nice bedrooms. Easy access to both Seaside and Seagrove beach. Loved our stay! Great communication with owner. Would definitely rent again. Thank You!

Perfect Place on the Beach!

The condo is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation at the beach with family. Beautifully decorated and very will equipped. Kids enjoyed convenience to the beach, I enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and my husband liked the dedicated parking. Host was very responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommend.

A lovely stay for Thanksgiving

What a special place for a holiday. This two bedroom haven has all the comforts of home with the added delights of a simple and welcoming walk to a sugary white beach with emerald waters. We loved our stay and found everything we needed for a special Thanksgiving with our two young adult sons who drove in from separate locations to meet us. In fact, we all agreed that the couch is the most comfortable one we have every sat on and the patios (family room and master bedroom) were favorite perches to share afternoon teas and family stories. Thank you for sharing such a special place with us. It is in our memory book along with a historic Iron Bowl that we all enjoyed together in this beautiful home.

Perfect Getaway for Families

We had an incredible time at Janet's beautiful condo! This was our first vacation we took our twin boys on who are both 4 months old. It was spacious, comfortable & on the oceanside of 30a, which allowed easy access to the beach. We look forward to staying again soon!

Small, quiet community and well-appointed property!

Property itself is as-described and completely agree with prior reviewers that it is very comfortable and full of everything you need - stocked kitchenware, beach toys, books and games. We were also very happy with Emerald Hill as a community. Where other areas on the beach were jam packed with people, this relatively small community enjoys its own stretch of beach with much less congestion. Beach chair rentals were available and easy. Pool is simple, but clean and cool. Janet was very prompt on replies to a couple of questions we had, before and during stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location steps to the sand.

Great location and very easy access to the beach (gated/private entrance). Nice pool area too. Several stores and restaurants very close or easy drive/bike ride to lots of other stops on 30A.
