View ocean, surf and sand from your balcony, living area, and kitchen in this unusually quiet and tranquil unit. Or take the private dune walkover to the beautiful white sand beach and emerald waters.

The kitchen is well-equipped. Or take a short walk or drive to great fine dining and casual eateries. Rent a bicycle and cruise the bike path connecting the villages along County Road 30A and their many amenities.

This condo was perfectly located. We had no idea the beach access was so close! It was so easy to take our chairs and umbrella to the beach for the day! We had an amazing vacation here and hope to return soon!

Ocean view was great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice. Neither bathroom exhaust fan would work. Chest of drawers in bedroom jammed closed with our clothes inside, had to break it to get them out. And our deck was infested with "love bugs" so we could not use it (nobody's fault)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Condo was clean & nicely furnished! The house being constructed next door does slightly hinder the view. Having no elevator and having to climb three flights of stairs was a bit difficult for us 70+ year olds

Overall great experience. The condo is on the bottom floor so as you sit on the patio you can only see farther out in the ocean rather than the sand too. Bunk beds in hallway are small for teens but perfect for smaller kids. Host was quick to respond when messaged.

The condo (bathrooms especially) were not clean. A lot of mold. The view and proximity were good. Furniture was not. We would not rent again. The shower heads (no hand helds) and water pressure was so terrible we could not even rinse out the shower floor. We not recommend

Strange that you stated everything was good, when you talked to us on the phone then you come back with this. You must think your going to get a refund. We can not control the water pressure. If everything was as bad as you sated why did you stay there?

Wonderful and memorable stay!!

This was a great place to stay and visit. Only recommendations are that the washing machine sometimes does not work well and 2 small roaches were spotted in the bathroom. No worries it was still an amazing stay!!

This is a ground floor, beach front unit, with super easy beach access. It offers unique privacy since it is a corner unit on the ground floor. We are constantly upgrading, as time goes by, to keep it as nice as possible for our guest. We strive to offer our guest a clean, affordable, and up to date property, a home away from home experience.
